花園市拉昆塔温德姆套房酒店(La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Garden City)

由於航班延誤，深夜抵達。由於走得早，所以沒有吃早餐。存款已收取，但仍沒有收到任何資訊何時可以撤銷。只是被告知需要先檢查房間。然而我只是在那裡睡了4個小時

Overall not clean! Sheets smell nasty. Staff are rude. I asked the resiptionist why the smell of merguana is everywhere? Do you smell it? He answered rudely " he can't smell. He has allergy " no mention the jamed door of my room making big noise when opened.

Front desk was unmanned for more than an hour in yhe morning and the staff available there had no clue where the front desk staff was nor attempted to call them even after muktiple requests. Was stuck with no way to get back into my room as the keys stopped working. No one was there to help until after an hour... terrible start for the morning

The room was about what we expected, and it was cleaned well, but when we arrived there were 2 air purifiers in the room, running on high. We assumed since the hotel accepts pets, they were purifying after a pet had stayed. The room smelled bad, but not of a pet, more like carpet glue or something electrical. We set about unpacking not thinking much of it, and had been in there about 20 minutes before realizing that the air purifiers were not HEPA filters; they were ozone generators. We had been breathing in ozone for 20 mintues! 2 of us had headaches. We turned them off and gave them to the maid in the hall, then left for dinner for the room to air out. We told the front desk that they should only run those ozone generators without people in the room, but they said if we weren't feeling short of breath we were fine. When we returned after dinner the room smelled better, and the rest of our stay was uneventful. The free breakfast in the morning was even good. Still, please don't let guests enter rooms with ozone generators running on full blast.

Last time i came here it was nice and clean it has since went downhill. The staff was very friendly and helpful but out room had burn marks everywhere only one shelve in the fridge and no little freezer in it. Also the room we had last time was bigger and nicer

I booked this property thinking that it part of the Wyndham chains, however this is privately owned hotel that is in very poor shape We had no heating unit until the last day of our stay. Elevators out of order, limited breakfast selection. I feel that I was lied to and I'm thinking of not using your site again. I have always been a loyal customer but I feel deceived. I should get a partial refund for putting up with this!

I stayed La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Garden City The assistant manager and lady at reception are very unkind. I asked assistant manager H breaking $1 to ¢25 and I said thank you but he ignored me. When I asked to fix printer to reception lady G , she shows displeasure face. She was doing customer service so I wait. When she done customer service she forgot to fix it and when I called her she ignored me. Finally big guy Manny came and fixed it but it was very unpleasant experience.

Overall very shabby. I returned to the hotel after midnight and the front desk security guy was asleep in his chair. One early morning around 4am the front desk guy banged on my door with a guy insisting that I was in his room. I have stayed in many La Quintas across the country. This one was the worst.
