亞特蘭大機場門户萬麗酒店(Renaissance Atlanta Airport Gateway Hotel)

We have stayed here multiple times & always come back. It’s clean, comfortable & trendy. My only complaint is the restaurant doesn’t have enough food options. I’d like to see a larger menu.

Very convenient and

1st off this hotel is very clean very modern and overall appearance is nice and the convenience of having the skytrain next doir was great. Here's my problem the price was close to 800 dollars for 2 nights which i chose to pay that but when i spend that much i expect everything to be top notch the first night we arrived kinda late we went to room 213 and laid down on the bed i soon realized the only thing harder that the floor was the bed and the pillows we had been up for many hours and were very tired we finally fell asleep for like 2 hours but woke up and was so uncomfortable we could not go back to sleep I've never sleep on a worse bed seriously it was so bad we actually went down the road and stayed at another hotel the next night

At 5am, the water in the room kept getting hotter. My wife took a shower first and was extremely uncomfortable. I then tried to take a shower and the water was only getting hotter to point of pain. I switched to the hand unit and splashed it off the wall to rinse myself. Called the desk, they refused to come to room. I had to go downstairs to report this. They gave me some burn cream and my wife applied it to my back. The staff was not helpful and they had no after hours management to assist. I was instructed to call at 7 am. Both the cold and hot taps in the sink were scalding hot. “Engineering” was not available per the front desk staff.
