The BBL is very special. The location is perfect, the suite we had was well appointed, the check in and out a breeze. We loved the place and will return.

Clean and cozy mountain cottage. Conveniently located. Very quite. Easy instructions. Highly recommended.

We made last minute reservations because our daughter was going to be in the Cashiers area for an event. We were VERY pleased with the Rose room in the Cottage. It was clean, homey and well appointed. We liked that the area was quiet and it was away from the hustle and bustle of town but still convenient to Cashiers/Highlands as well as Gorges State Park. We definitely plan to return!

When I opened the door, it stank, I had to air it out for about an hour, dank. The bed, while it appeared luxurious, turned out to be very uncomfortable, the pillows too, woke up sore and with a headache. The coffee pot was dirty, had old grounds and water in tank, for who knows how long, stank. Paint peeling in the bathroom. 1.5 to 2” gap underneath door to adjoining rented room, I chose to put pillows to block it, blinds are too small for the windows and you can easily see inside at night, curtains covered only about 20% so you couldn’t cover where blinds failed. Premium price, substandard property. Also, welcomed with a speed bump that almost wrecked my vehicle.

Great location, cute woodsy decor. Great communication from manager. Great layout. The only suggestion would be to replace the couch. It’s definitely beyond its useful life.

This is a very nice rustic property, quite befitting the area of the mountains. Very easy check-in; the rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. A perfect spot as a base for hiking in the Gorges State Park and for other local attractions.

Very pretty quiet property; fairly convenient to town.

Loved everything about this property. Would definitely stay here again!
