The room we got looked completely different and smaller to the photos of the room we booked. The bathroom was dirty, sink was filthy snd there was no shower curtain, so the water splashed out everywhere.
The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable and the noises througiout the night meant we had a terrible nights sleep. The noisy bar below was not mentined beforehand and having not stayed in the area before we had no idea just how noisy it would be.

We have stayed here numerous times. So decided to come.back her for our sons 2nd birthday as he loves the hotel. The staff are wonderful as usual and the manager went out of her way to get him a cake which was super. He loved it alot. We always stay here and will always return to this hotel. It feels like home for us. Our son loves the room and the staff.

Single room was small, but i knew that when i booked. The bed was ok, the room was clean and the bathroom was clean. Allin all a nice hotel.
The breakfast was not value for money.
The sausages were cheap , the bacon was not cooked well it was generally lacklustre.
We found a cafe for the 2nd and 3rd morning that we stayed
I would however book with this hotel again
I booked 3 single rooms for myself an 2 colleagues. We all agreed that we would book again tho.

Sadly when we came to check in the receptionist informed us that our bathroom had a leak which was quite significant and constant it was the only room left so we took it and we’re given extra towels to mop up the water and told we could have a complimentary breakfast although we checked out earlier as the leak had kept us up most of the night. The mattress was very old and lumpy which was a shame as location was good. I feel that I shouldn’t have been charged £93 to stay in this room and that it shouldn’t be available to book as it’s not safe or pleasant

Phantastische Lage direkt am Pier, neu revoviert, Parkmöglichkeit nahe am Haus schwierig, mit Parkzonenticket vom Hotel und Loading Bay vor dem Hotel aber kein Problem

Premier room with sea view was tiny no pods for coffee machine even though asked twice
Didnt make up room on second day so no clean towels no more toilet rolls no more tea dirty glasses and. Mugs.
Parking not £1 as mentioned on website was £7.80 per day. Nice view of pier close to shops and bars etc
