I had to change three different rooms because of the dirtiness in the rooms and the bed bugs on the bed when I asked the counter if they have dealt with any bugs at all they told me no the maintenance man this morning woke me up because he was there to spray for bed bugs they lied to my face when I try to leave the hotel when they knew they had bed bugs in their hotel so why is your company helping this property rent out places when they know they have bed bugs I have pictures to prove it

The chicken overall was just not good at took a long time, although I realise that it was booked for the wrong day and I had to have that cancelled and do another reservation, but the tub in the room was awful. It was losing enamel and the tub you couldn’t regulate the hot and cold water. I basically took a steaming hot shower. The blow dryer that was in the room was severely broken and I hazard. I couldn’t get to the ice machine because the one on the first floor didn’t work and I have pain severe pain in my feet. I had overworked my feet moving and I was staying in the hotel because I couldn’t drive at night, but I could hardly walk because of all that I had done and I couldn’t get any ice, I just wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody I really wouldn’t

Many things were broken (ac/heat, chair in bedroom, bathroom door) or needed work (door card keys stopped working every 12 hours so we had to get new ones often, walls were peeling paint, I could hear everything from voices of others to loud plumbing whenever someone flushes a toilet or used the shower, bed sheets/towels were rough). Overall, it worked as a place to sleep but it always smelled liked **** and it wasn't very nice. Online, it says there is a pool and complimentary breakfast. That is a lie. There is not.

“Quality Inn” needs to step up the quality part. I had throw pillows for bed pillows that had yellow stains, the bathroom was gross and the ceiling had really dark, old stains. Despite having a non-smoking room, I still woke up in the middle of the night, wheezing and gagging on cigarette smoke smell. Absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t wait to leave as soon as the sun came up.

Probably the worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Beyond out of Date, Dead Bugs all over the room, Ceiling Tile in the Bathroom Broken and rotted, the Room didn’t even have Toilet Paper??? The Main Entrance is so Old it was Hard to tell if it was even an Entrance!!!! I’ve stayed in other Quality Inn Hotels, and they haven’t been bad at all. This Hotel more than gives the “Quality Inn” Brand a bad name. I’m shocked its even Open for Business. If you are looking for a place to stay, KEEP LOOKING!!!!! If this place was FREE, I would not stay in it again. This Hotel is on its last Leg and Breath. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Que supuestamente era todo por 54 que incluyendo taxes y al final resulté pagando 70

It's getn better staff super nice and if there's an issue there on it looks better with the new flooring but some of the rooms carpet needs to go also your cleaning lady's/guys they don't care about there jobs clearly because rooms def weren't clean stuff on tables still dirty room but when your ready get a real cleaner let me know I bet you start getn 5 stars and more business and you should do the breakfast again or least in weekends or vending machines but I'm available mornings if u need or want a new cleaner that actually knows what there doin I've worked at 3 cleaning company's and my last one I did solo and still got it done way better than the person before me jus fyi
