What a lovely hotel! We had a clean comfortable room in the basement, looking out the windows into a mass of beautiful greenery. The breakfast was freshly cooked with a choice of cereals, fruit, pastries and hot choices. Really great host who went out of his way to make our stay perfect. Within walking distance to a tour bus stop and lots of shops, restaurants and the sights of beautiful Edinburgh

We stayed here for the location for a concert at Murrayfield but we will definitely be back for the service, food & gorgeous room. ＞ staff saw us emptying bags out the car on arrival ( we were nearly 3 hours early) and came out to carry our luggage in. They also helped us source free parking nearby. ＞ Our room was ready early and our bags had already been put in for us. We enjoyed the games in the bar area for a while too. ＞ Our room exceeded expectations- clear, great size, extremely well thought out and well resourced ＞ Beds were very comfortable ＞ Breakfast was superb ＞ Regularly asked if we had everything we needed ＞ We collected our car at check out to load our bags in - again, staff kept an eye out for us and brought our luggage out for us ＞ Staff were knowledgeable, helpful & provided excellent service. A brilliant stay at No. 32 - many thanks!

We stayed at No 32 for our Golden Wedding Anniversary. Thanks to Moneesh, Laura and Ashwani for their friendliness, good humour, kindness and thoughtfulness. The hotel is very smart and within easy walking distance of buses and the tram system.

I highly recommend No 32, a charming 4 storey Victorian terrace hotel, a mixture of modern boutique and traditional with plenty of artefacts to enjoy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the breakfast, cooked to order, was delicious and as varied as you could wish for. We had a very pleasant 3 night stay and intend to return on our next Edinburgh visit.

Un hotel encantador y muy bien conectado con el centro y con el aeropuerto mediante transporte público. Zona muy tranquila. La habitación muy cómoda, y el personal muy amable. Ponen mucho interés en solucionar las incidencias y en mejorar todo lo posible. Repetiremos la próxima vez, sin duda.

A great location at Haymarket wrt access to EDI. Given the lovely condition of the entré and bar, I expect the larger rooms are nicer than apt 1, which was entirely serviceable for a single night in transit (though there was a sulphurous smell in the WC with a sketchy shower door).

Kamer en badkamer waren klein maar functioneel. Ligging op 10 minuten lopen van Princess street. 8 kamers in het hotel, bar was helaas in de avond dicht. Voor te slapen prima. Vraag om gratis parkeerplaatsen, ze weten waar je hem kan neerzetten op 5 minuten lopen.

Stayed in Edinburgh recently, and we spent two nights at No32. There is nothing negative to be said about either the establishment or the owner. Great location. Great rooms. Great breakfast. Stay here, and you will not be disappointed.
