辦理入住手續時，我透過簡訊收到了打開大樓入口門的進入代碼，在桌子上我發現了一個封閉的信封，上面寫著我的名字和房間鑰匙。房間乾淨整潔，有水壺、茶和咖啡、餅乾、小但仍然有效的浴室。結構靠近前往市中心的巴士站。整體來說都不錯。

沒有早餐了，但是附近有很多吃飯的地方。大廳有一個小冰箱，附近有一家雜貨店。房間裡有水壺和咖啡茶。
安靜愉快，我們隨心所欲地來去。位置很好，步行即可到達大多數地方。
床有點硬。

Chambre agréable et très propre et calme. Matelas à ressort trop mou pour notre gout. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas rencontrer le propriétaire.

Had a nice stay. The room was more spacious than we expected, the beds were comfortable and the surrounding area had some nice pubs, cafes and restaurants. Check in and out was seamless.

The guest house is terrible, needs a lot of cleaning, plus no breakfast is served now. Payment is over charged, for what it is I would not reamend this place to anyone. Plus when we were there other people felt the same way.

The stay was confortable, we would stay at this place again. The house is old but welcoming and well situated just a bit out of city center. There are shops and good restaurants nearby and a very nice pub too. The house and room was clean and regular change of sheets and towels. Tha brekfast was good too, we could have our eggs as we liked, coffe or tee, toast or crocant, cheas, ham, jogurt, cherial, frut.

Fantastic base for a long weekend in Edinburgh, great room and breakfast and Eamonn was extremely helpful in advance and during our stay.
Easy access to both the city on foot or by bus and climbing Arthur's Seat.
Great choice of local restaurants (recommend Voujon and Los Argentinos) and the Fishmarket in Newhaven (No.7 bus).
Thank you, we will definitely be back!

A fantastic B and B a short walk from the Royal Mile. Unfortunately due to the cancellation of Hogmanay we were the only ones staying but Eamon went to a lot of effort to make sure we were comfortable.

The room was very big and clean. I work in the hospitality industry, therefore even when I'm in holiday I can spot if something is not done right. But the room and the bathroom were very clean, our host, Eamon, checked on us after we checked in. We enjoyed the breakfast as well.
