What can I say other than this is the best hotel in Edinburgh! We have stayed many times over the years and always find the service and care from all of the staff to be excellent. We love the rooms and overall decor of the hotel. The front bar has a lovely atmosphere for an afternoon or evening cocktail after a busy day around the city. Thank you everyone for another lovely stay.

The hotel is stunning. Gorgeous decor, beautiful & comfortable rooms, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay there every time we visited Edinburgh!!

Road was closed due to an extremely loud Christmas fair steps from hotel. Had to haul our luggage down a side street and up a flight of stairs. Stood in lobby with a bunch of other people waiting to check in only to realize had to walk through the bar. Our suite was just feet from this loud fair that started around noon and went to 10pm each night and after that a loud party continued through out the night. Couldn’t control the thermostat from our room so we were either freezing or boiling. Staff were for the most part nasty. I can say the room was nice and the bathroom huge but this hotel is only for someone under the age of 25 though it wasn’t cheap. We left half way through our 4 day stay to a much nicer hotel with amazing customer service.Would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Beautiful, eclectic hotel in the center of town. The room was beautiful, cozy and warm with exceptional amenities. Comfy bed, beautiful bathroom, soundproof windows, nice views. Was so happy with my stay! Fun, high energy bar and restaurant but no sounds in the rooms. Slept so well! Thank you!

Lovley room. We had a junior suite. The shower was great. Breakfast choice was good. The decor beautiful. The cocktails were reasonable price. Excellent hotel. I definatly will go back.

Very pleasant stay, friendly staff. Room was spacious and beds comfortable. Didn’t stay on weekend, so it was very quiet too. Would stay again!
