愛迪生伍德布里奇萬怡酒店(Courtyard Edison Woodbridge)

I am a wheelchair user so I always go into hotels expecting some issue but not like this. The side door of the hotel, which is at the end of a patient room hallway, was broken. It didn’t lock and anyone could have gone in or out of the hotel very easily. Second we asked for an extra pillow and blanket. They told us they did not have pillows and the blanket looked like it was from 1975. The lobby is pretty everything outside that is outdated. For the amount of money I paid, I expected ALOT more than that! Marriot was always my go to hotel however lately they just keep getting worse. I won’t bring staying at this hotel again, not worth the price at all.

Hello, I stayed here for one night coming to a family event. i normally stay at marriotts because it’s one of my favorite hotels. Upon staying here this time we have had lost electricity which I understand is out of the hotel control but at one point did anyone show as sort of sympathy. I was traveling with a child could not warm my child’s bottle. Could not iron my clothes curl my hair etc. I had to leave to spend money at another hotel to be able to provide for myself and my family. No gesture was given to give a discount, apologize , or a feeling of feeling like anyone understands where we I was coming from. I was told don’t know what to tell you and you need to make sure you check out on time. This is totally unacceptable and I know this isn’t the type of reflection you guys wants of your company

I was surprised there was no free breakfast offered in the hotel. I was woken up at 4am with the noises in the hall way. Plus upon arrival, there were bunch of kids playing hockey in the lobby and the staff didn't do anything about it. I was so scared to be hit so I ran back to my room right away.

Everyone working here was very nice, especially the staff at the bar/bistro. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and there were plenty of places to relax with a drink from the bar. The food was good, although a bit pricey, and no complimentary breakfast was included. Overall, great place and will definitely stay again.

I had a great stay! The staff was very helpful, rooms were clean, and the lobby area & bar were perfect for my needs. I stayed there to be close to EWR airport and had a short trip to my flight. I will definitely be back!

Our stay in the Courtyard hotel was wonderful. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. The lobby and outside was very welcoming. Would definitely stay there again

Checked in and told the dining options - restaurant open until 10, breakfast at 6:30am the next morning. Came down to have a bite to eat, restaurant told us they were closed on Sunday and Monday. No dinner, no breakfast the next morning. Got a glass of house wine and a Corona, they charged me $21.75. Seriously? Why advertise a restaurant if you are not going to be open? And please tell your check in people what's going on in the hotel.

The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was amazingly friendly. Beds were comfortable and the walls didn’t feel paper thin.
