Clean, modern, comfy bed.
Pillows were too soft though.
Main complaint: It is January and the room was freezing and the controls on the fan/heater disabled. It was only 64 degrees with a fan blowing air too cool to be comfortable.

This hotel is in a good location for our needs, however for our 3 night stay we did not receive a single night of housekeeping. They said they were cleaning every other night, but we didn't even get that.
Heating\cooling system didn't work very well, room was always hot and our room was level with the highway so a bit noisy.
Not as nice as our previous stays and will not be going back. There are lots of other options.

Load fan noise all night in room. Load traffic and sirens on street all night long. Poor communication with staff as to house cleaning protocol. Not worth 159.00 per night as billed

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Air conditioner was down for our stay and it was 36 degrees outside so that made it HOT in our room. Even after calling to have it fixed. The shower had hairs in it from before our visit. We also were not told we had to request the room be cleaned in between days, which we did want. So that was something we missed out on. The front desk lady was super nice and wanted to discount our rooms but couldn’t since we booked through *******. She also was really trying to make up for it which was nice.

Good services clean nice staff except i didn't sleep properly the heating ventilation make so much noises which is besides on my room. All in all are okay

This was our first time here. We will definitely come back. The hubs and i jusf went and loved that the pool is heated. We will definitely bring our kids next time. Only downside is no hot tub and the carpet could use an update
