To try to stay on a positive note the location was great for when visiting Rogers place. We booked a room with two queen beds and a pullout sofa bed. When we went to put the kids in the pullout there was no extra bedding or pillows. Getting back from a hockey game late we all just crammed into the two queen beds which defeated the purpose of paying extra for the pullout. During the night the furnace in the room clicked the old school bang click to turn on every 15 minutes. Very hard to sleep with that. Then at 6am the alarm went off to wake the entire family up that we did not even set or touch. We were not impressed with this hotel and I have honestly never been this disappointed in one before. It has its perks but I would rather pay more and stay at the JW or pay less, walk a little further and stay at the coast.

Liked the location to the ICE district. Elevator experience and the staffs attention to prioritizing safety of their customers was not their focus. We were stuck in a damaged elevator for long duration where our phone calls were ignored from the elevator and we were put on hold because they were dealing with customers at the front desk. We ended up phoning 911 fire rescue ourselves.

We weren’t very satisfied with our 1 night stay. I found an empty cooler van behind the tv and then noticed there was something that was sprayed on the wall. We tried to adjust the temperature in the room to cool it off for sleeping but temperature did not change. I let them know about the temperature when I was checking out and they didn’t seem to care. I had to pay for parking and when I checked in I let them know which one of the 2 parades I was parked in and the lady said it was good and when we went to leave I had an $80 parking ticket because we were parked in the wrong parkade. They told me that I had read and initialed beside the parking information so it was my fault. So I asked them to refund me the money I had just paid for parking and they did.

some of the staff are incredibly rude with little understanding of customer service. In particular, the member of staff who dealt with me on check out was so unpleasant and lacking in customer service skills that I would never want to stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Nice and close to Rodgers place. Restaurant was not good. Room thermostat was broken.
