Roy at the front desk was awesome, interacted with our kids while checking in and gave them a treat. Later, he saw me walking in with a bottle of wine and offered wine glasses, then saw the bottle was corked and offered a complimentary corkscrew as well! The rooms were very clean and quiet, the breakfast was clean, well stocked and delicious! A great overall hotel experience!

Location was good for what we were looking for and the price was fair. Room ended up being perfect for what I wanted. However our room was not ready for a 3pm check in. Which in turn made us late for the Heritage classic game. We missed the first 10 minutes of the 1st period because we were waiting to get into our room. Our room was ready at 4pm and by the time our ride showed up and we got to commonwealth we were late!!! I had called in the morning and asked for an early check in, which we were told no because it was busy, totally understandable. So I asked if our room would at least be ready for the 3pm check in, as it was also confirmed on my reservation. I was told it for sure would be(it was not). I was offered a downgraded room from the suite(family room) I booked, but with NO partial refund on the price difference because I booked with *******. I asked for a credit if I took the downgrade, which I was told “unfortunately we can’t do that”. I declined the downgrade. I totally get that it was a busy weekend. However when my reservation says 3pm check in and I confirm that with you in the morning, I don’t think it’s very fair that we missed part of the game we spent a lot of money to go to. That game was the entire reason we were in town!!

This hotel is newer, so it is modern and clean. Unfortunately it has been constructed with thin walls. I heard substantial noise well into the wee hours of the night from the floor above and the room beside, not loud partying, but walking and TV etc. Also if you are bringing your pet, read the fine print. Pets are an extra $75 for 1-4 nights… so if you are staying only one night like we did, the room is close to 50% more expensive. A $75 per fee is well above the standard fee we typically pay.

We had a great visit. We were surprised to find that the room didn’t have a comfy chair. This was a problem because we like to sit in a chair and read. I asked the front desk if they could help out and they came through in spades! Emma took care of business way beyond what we expected. Nice breakfast and great facilities.

$200 per night. Breakfast was cold and you had to serve yourself, no personal service. Really tired of paying a lot of money for little service. Coffee was good. Since Covid I'm sure hotels have found out that they do not have to give all the service as before because it wasn't possible to do that during the pandemic.

Was told check-in was at 3:00 pm, tried to check in around 3:30. They told us the room was not ready that it would be about 15 minute wait. We were able to access our room at 4:30.

Everything was great. The checkin process was quick. The room was clean and a comfortable bed. We didn’t have breakfast but it did smell delicious. We would stay again

Great checkin but had to wait numerous times for other things at front desk. Night staff is way better than day staff. Rooms pretty clean, newer hotel so things in great condition.
