聖路易斯機場萬豪酒店(Marriott St. Louis Airport)

Check in and check out were completely fine, the staff were nice and all the logistics were in order. I was a big fan of the airport shuttle, which operated on schedule and was very reliable. However, the bedsheets were oddly clammy when we arrived and the comforter had a large rip in it. Additionally, there were a lot of hidden fees rolled into the stay that added to my bill in a way that I hadn't prepared for. Nice outdoors, but overall motel-quality stay. I have to say I was somewhat disappointed by it.

We enjoyed our stay here. The ladies at check in are very good at their jobs. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Location is very convenient to the airport and a 15 - 20 min drive to downtown. My only issue is that i booked a king room and was told they were out of king rooms. Seems like you wouldn't book something you dont have. Overall we were pleased with our stay here.

Had a first floor room, near the courtyard killed multiple ants in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable but on checkout day pulled top sheet off of duvet found an old dried blood stain which alerts me that bedding may not be cleaned or washed after each stay. May not be a returning guest unless in dire need.

We did not know that there was No FREE breakfast, we did not know that the parking was not free, the gates did not work, the employees all said " WE JUST WORK HERE!!!" We would not recommend to anyone! Despite all of this our St. Louis, trip was not ruined!

Staff was pleasant room had ants in bathroom maybe due to being in a 1st floor room near courtyard but also noticed an old bloodstain on the duvet on check out while searching for my son's phone. May not be a returning guest unless in dire need.

Hotel staff was not very pleasant to deal with. They seemed like we were bothering them when we checked in. We reserved a king bed and got 2 doubles. They said they were out of king bed rooms. They were no help.

Nice property. Very busy. The only thing was the room had a latch but not a lock. And there was loud music from 12:50am to 2am.

This Marriott has a retro feel that is funky and fun! This is our second stay here. It's clean and the staff is exceptional!
