We werent even able.to.stay, traveling all day..Book the hotel on the fly to stay through the ******* app. my mother has mobility issues and the hotel wouodnt work for that. the front desk employee told us to contact ******* to get a refund since we werent able to stay when I connected with ******* they told me they were not able to issue to the refund because they could not get approval from the hotel... THE HOTEL TOLD US TO CALL THEM. so we had to book a different hotel up the road and now I am out the cost of this hotel as well.
it is 2023 should really be making hotels accessible to everyone. or make it clear that you are NOT on your page before people book.
