歐克森酒店(Hotel Zum Ochsen)

Arrivée tardive. Nous n'avons pas pu manger. La chambre etait propre et grande. Petit bémol, le chauffage n'était pas en fonction, donc, un peu froid en arrivant. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Bon rapport qualité prix et personnes aimables

Diesen Aufenthalt hätten wir uns auf unserer Deutschlandreise sparen können. Ehingens Innenstadt ist ein Besuch nicht wert. Städteplanerisch wenig ambitioniert. Großer Platz ohne A**osphäre. Verödete Fußgängerzone und es wird viel gebaut. Anscheinend hält man es nicht für notwendig, Hinweisschilder für nicht ortskundige vorzusehen. Das Hotel ist ganz nett anzusehen, besonders der Biergarten. Ich hatte schon in den Kritiken von Baulärm gehört, dachte aber, es sei nach Jahren vorbei. Ist es nicht. Beim Empfang mehrmaliges Rügen vom gestressten Mitarbeiter, weil wir den Gutschein nicht ausgedruckt, sondern nur per Handy hatten, was durchaus vorgesehen war. Wir können im Nachhinein den Stress verstehen, macht dieses Multitalent nicht nur den Empfang, sondern auch den Hausmeister und den sehr schnellen Kellner im Restaurant. Als wir kein Internet bekamen, wurden wir behandelt, als wären wir zu dumm, uns einzuloggen. Beim Mitarbeiter würde es problemlos funktionieren. Am nächsten Tag hörten wir von anderen Gästen, die sich auch beschwerten. Also: Ging gar nicht. Selbst mit Hotspot nicht. Wir waren als Vielreisende, die Online arbeiten, entsetzt, mussten aber feststellen, dass es in Deutschland häufiger vorkommt. Es scheint kein Wert auf Anbindung ans Internet gelegt zu werden. Die Zimmer waren schlicht renoviert. Material einfach. Frühstück und Essen im Restaurant waren gut. Mitarbeiter im Restaurant sehr freundlich.

Gutes Hotel in der Stad**itte mit sehr guter Küche. Parken im öffentlichen Parkhaus direkt beim Hotel.

Sijainti kätevästi keskustassa. Huone vähän pieni meidän makuun vaikka muka superior. Parasta olutta tarjolla.

The hostess allowed us to arrive late in the evening (11 PM) with a very short notice. Two waitresses of the attached restaurant welcomed us and made sure that we could even take cold drinks to our room. The family room was large and could easily hold four people and our dog. The breakfast was rich, very tasty, and with local produce. We were really grateful for the friendliness and good quality at the place.

Iwish I could separate the two reviews as the food was pretty good. The rest was basically overall very very negative. The reservation process was pretty complicated as I had to call multiple times ... the staff was always very friendly I have to say but they never offered to call me back and always prolonged me with phrases like call us back in two days ... not very service oriented but not bad. Hotel is close to a free parking garage (only on weekends) and a little store, bakery as well as a market on Sunday's. The little village itself does not have a lot to offer besides that ... Which is quite nice as it is very quiet. The hotel itself was just not my cup of tea. The rooms seemed dated - although looking nice at first glance. I mean the beds are small old and uncomfortable .. after a night the top blanket which was very loose uncovered a mattress covered with spots ... really disgusting! Upon arrival I already found a hair right on top of the bed (this can happen) but the spots ... terrible. I slept terrible every night. The TV was one of smallest I have ever seen and the fridge was broken. The hotel itself was just not my cup of tea. The rooms seemed dated - although looking nice at first glance. Friendly staff and a great selection. If the breakfast had not been that good- I would have left after diner. Diner was also very good - the soup was outstanding and the salad bar offered some very nice selections. Really worth visiting. To sum it up - there is a lot of passion involved in this hotel ... but you can it in the kitchen - not the rooms.

Rundum ein toller Aufenthalt. TOP: sehr sauber, sehr freundliches und gutgelauntes Personal; sehr angenehme Nacht da das Hotel in einer ruhigen Lage ist; Frühstück sehr gut und sehr ausreichend, so war z.B. der Obstgarten frisch gemacht, zudem eine sehr gute Auswahl, für jeden was dabei. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel und dessen Restaurant sehr empfehlen

Von der Buchung, über das Zimmer, das Essen bis zur Stadtführung mit dem Hausherren und dem CheckOut alles super! Das Zimmer war super sauber. Uns hat es richtig gut gefallen! Danke, an das nette und freundliche Personal. Wenn sie jetzt noch in Kontakt mit dem Wettergott wären, wäre es himmlisch ;-).
