Visited with my wife and 6 year old girl. The good: The room is nice, we booked the room with pool access. My kid got a solid bed with good mattress. The food in the hotel is pretty good, nothing too fancy but really cant complain, nice variety and different options change daily. The kids shows at the evening were really entertaining and nice quality. The slides were also not bad. The bad: The all inclusive is just ok. No food at all near the pool, cakes are served in the afternoon, alcohol was poor but it was expected. The checkin experience is awful! A lot of noise in the lobby, since the room checkin time is 15:00 so all guests come at the same time to pick their room and it causes a huge mess with no order! The hotel does really poor job to keep high standards! Why do you allow people to put chairs near the pool? There is no way to pass and it looks so crowded! Please do a better job! You dont clean the area near the pool and it looks bad. You have to wait for 10-15 minutes to get to dinner because apparently there is one dining area and it gets full so they dont allow any more people in. A joke! If you know that you cant have all people inside the eating area then why dont you have people reserving hour to eat at like in all normal hotels? It just feels that the hotel could care less and thinks its normal. 3 days the plates and glasses just ran out. Come on! Are you kidding me?? You dont know how many plates do you need? You are making it embarrassing for guests! The dining area is so loud and so messy! Although the general population in the hotel isnt so high class but most of it is the hotel’s fault. Do you want high class from people then behave like high class. General feeling was poor and cheap. This is 4 star hotel barely.
