Ужасно старый отель вся мебель в комнатах набухшая старая, разбитая.у нас было 2 комнаты так в одной плохо работает душ от старости и накипи .Детский водный городок Не работает весь сломанный. горки открываются не во время закрываются раньше времени.Бары Не работает даже по-минимуму.толко в кинотеатре можно было взять напитки и пиво во 2-й день единственный бар который работал в Кинотеатре и тот сказали нет пива все-включено но ничего нету.Отзывы накручены

Je déconseille cet hôtel si vous avez connu le u corail beach cela N’a rien à voir . Au bar de la salle de Spectacle cela Sentait les remontées d égouts, autour de la piscine peu de places . Les sanitaires de la piscine n étaient pas propres . Par contre accueil très sympathique avec des barbes à papa , boissons, gâteaux et des activités pour les enfznrs le Dimanche . Repas qui fait très cantine

לא יודעת מאיפה להתחיל כשאתה משלם מלון יותר יקר מהשכירות אתה מצפה לקבל שירות ממש טוב. הינו לפני שנתיים עם בעלי היה בסדר ורצינו קצת נוסטלגיה כשנכנסנו לחדר היתי בהלם מהנקיון שהיה תת רמה מקלחת על הפנים הכל מלוכלך עובדי ניקיון על הפנים משחקים אותה לא מבינים עיברית הינו צריכים להיתקשר כמה פעמים לקבלה כדי לקבל מאפרה. לא הבנתי למה אני צריכה לשלם אלף שקל יותר על תינוקת של 7 חודשים שלא אוכלת בחדר אוכל קיבלה מיטה עם כתמי דם עליה ואמבטיה מחוררת למרות שאמרו לנו שהביטוח עליה 50 שח ליום. ועם כל זה לא מספיק אורח רצה לריב איתנו על מעלית כי חשב שלא יהיה לו מקום. הדובדבן שבקצפת רמת האוכל זוועתית סלטים לא טריים בשר תת רמה ביום האחרון קיבלתי הרעלת מזון. לסיכום מאוכזבת מאוד לא ממליצה פעם שניה ואחרונה

Struttura fronte spiaggia con accesso diretto al Mar Morto, dispone anche di piscina privata. Molto affollato, soprattutto da famiglie. Formula club all inclusive. Avrebbe bisogno di un refresh generale. Stanza abbastanza basiche. Personale molto gentile. Noi ci siamo fermati una sola notte sulla strada per Eilat.

The hotel is very low level The staff is really not nice and uninviting Very small rooms I strongly do not recommend coming here My son got a burn on his hand in the dining room And they didn't even have an ointment to ease the burning The food menu is so basic and tasteless At every position there are huge queues that simply give up waiting

My wife and I booked a long week-end in march 2023. The fact that the hotel is aged and services not quite as advertised could be overlooked as it is not uncommon. However the hotel overcharged us compared to the deal that was advertised online when we booked the hotel! We have Screenshot and emails as proofs, but none of the staff was helpful and management simply ignores emails and phone calls. Do not trust a venue that scams through falls advertising and does not take customer complains with substantive claims seriously. Stay away!!

The hotel is not clean. They don't clean the rooms and the areas. .Disgusting It was hard to find something tasty to eat. It was not my first time there but will be probably the last time.............

Visited with my wife and 6 year old girl. The good: The room is nice, we booked the room with pool access. My kid got a solid bed with good mattress. The food in the hotel is pretty good, nothing too fancy but really cant complain, nice variety and different options change daily. The kids shows at the evening were really entertaining and nice quality. The slides were also not bad. The bad: The all inclusive is just ok. No food at all near the pool, cakes are served in the afternoon, alcohol was poor but it was expected. The checkin experience is awful! A lot of noise in the lobby, since the room checkin time is 15:00 so all guests come at the same time to pick their room and it causes a huge mess with no order! The hotel does really poor job to keep high standards! Why do you allow people to put chairs near the pool? There is no way to pass and it looks so crowded! Please do a better job! You dont clean the area near the pool and it looks bad. You have to wait for 10-15 minutes to get to dinner because apparently there is one dining area and it gets full so they dont allow any more people in. A joke! If you know that you cant have all people inside the eating area then why dont you have people reserving hour to eat at like in all normal hotels? It just feels that the hotel could care less and thinks its normal. 3 days the plates and glasses just ran out. Come on! Are you kidding me?? You dont know how many plates do you need? You are making it embarrassing for guests! The dining area is so loud and so messy! Although the general population in the hotel isnt so high class but most of it is the hotel’s fault. Do you want high class from people then behave like high class. General feeling was poor and cheap. This is 4 star hotel barely.
