希律死海酒店(Herods Dead Sea – A Premium Collection by Fattal Hotels)

I arrived in the afternoon and went straight to the private beach, then to the inside jacuzzi + sauna + steam room + heated floating pool. The bedroom was super clean, had a nice smell & was overlooking the infinity pool and the beach. The buffet for lunch and dinner was delicious. Breakfast was brought to my room 😋. The massages were super relaxing. Needless to say, I had an awesome time there.

Very bad hotel. Old, shabby rooms in need of refurbishment. Ham staff. Upon check-in, they issued a paper that says that the check-out before 14:00. Etc. Already at 12:00 they began to continuously ring and break on the door demanding to immediately vacate the room. Never stay at this hotel.

Excellent spa hotel to benefit from the dead sea which is just in front of the hotel! Service was super friendly, esp. Sari the restaurant chef. Helped us with everything as my girlfriend has some food allergies. We will definitely come back! The only downside: the sauna is too small for such a big hotel. Would have been great if they could extent the opening hours of the spa (closes at 5pm if I remember correctly)

The general condition of the hotel was poor, alot of rust in the bathroom and in the sa facility, the divice that helps the dissabled people to get into to solt pool was full of rust and it spilled into the pool, the hotel os very old and not mainteined properly, the paint is pilling of the doors and the walls, there is a smell of moll in the bathroom. It shold be a 2 star hotel. The brekfest was ok and the staff were very plesent!

Hotel is excellent. Great breakfast and dinner. Great amenities and staff. However, booking through *******, instead of directly through the hotel, made it near impossible for hotel staff to help with reservation.

Cette Hôtel Herods est devenu décevant, les repas sont basiques, il y à quelques années il était top, maintenant il est devenu ordinaire

Liked: food, shower water pressure Hated: not 5 star in Western standards, dirty hallway floors, service poor, staff unfriendly and rolls their eyes when you ask something, air vents spew cigarette smoke in the room (we had room 1), hallway fire exit has lock on it, no elevator access to our room, toilet seat damaged, room finish 2 star hotel level, no parking spots on arrival, hot tub very small, staff often does not speak English

我們的酒店住宿愉快而寧靜。 食物很棒——種類繁多而且非常好吃。 死海海灘就在附近。 唯一不足就是離購物中心比較遠，而且週六退房要晚點。
