雷德索萊爾多蘭特酒店(Riad Soleil d'Orient)

In questo riad abbiamo trovato un oasi di pace ed un arredamento sia nella camera che negli spazi comuni curato nel minimo dettaglio. Vi abbiamo cenato gustando le tipiche tajine in un atmosfera soffusa e di grande attenzione al cliente. Anche la colazione servita nel patio è stata ricca di gustosi prodotti locali preparati al momento. Complimenti a tutto lo staff.

Es un lugar encantador, un verdadero oasis de frescura. Muy cerca (a doce minutos caminando) de la Ciudadela Portugueza. La atención del personal fue inmejorable, más allá de su labor, siempre tratandode que nuestra estadía fuera especial. La habitación grande, cómoda, bien ventilada e iluminada. La cama confortable y amplia. El restaurante excelente y el desayuno bueno. En fin, un muy buen lugar para qued****.

Es un bello oasis. Es un lugar que le hace honor a los comentarios. Esta a 12 minutos a pie de la Ciudadela Portuguesa. Es un hotel boutique con un patio y fuente central y una terraza con buenas vistas y lleno de espacios que hacen agradable la estancia. La atención en el lobby fue expedita y correcta. La habitación es espaciosa, comoda, bien ventilada e iluminada y con vistas al patio interior. La cama confortable. La atención del personal muy bueno. La primera noche nos quejamos del frío y el personal trajo inmediatamente un calentador que aunque no funcionó fue diligente en tratar de solucionar. El siguiente día vino otra persona que trajo el adecuado y puso a funcionar el de la habitación. La actitud en estos casos fue la correcta. Esa disposición a ayudar, a resolver, es lo que en algunos lugares falta, y en otros como aquí es importante hacer notar. El desayuno estuvo bien. En fin, es un buen lugar donde hosped****.

Malgré les bons commentaires que nous avons vus sur le Riad nous avons été déçus de quelques petits détails tels que douche bouchée, localisation pas trop facile à retrouver, téléviseur défaillant, climatisation trop bruyante. Je rejoins également un commentaire précédent sur le manque de salé dans le petit déjeuner. Pour le reste, rien à signaler. Il est vrai que notre séjour n'a duré qu'une seule nuit. Points forts : calme, belle décoration, personnel accueillant et serviable. Je donne un 3 *

Très beau Riad, magnifiquement restauré avec goût ! Bien placé pour visiter la ville ; service exceptionnel aux petits soins pour les clients ; à recommander absolument ! Dîner, sur commande, excellent !

Bij binnenkomst was me de receptioniste niet bereid iets voor ons te doen.we moesten 4 trappen op naar een klein kamertje want dat was bestelld.we zijn 81 jaar en vonden dat erg oncomfortabel.was alleen een iets grotere kamer mogelijk tegen een meerprijs. Het koste ons 550 euro voor 5 dagen dus zijn we zeer ontevreden

The hotel itself was clean and well kept with a few areas requiring maintenance shower controls were problematic with not being able to get a constant temperature staff were friendly and food was average with not much in the way of vegetables with each meal, if given the choice next time I would not stay at this hotel.

The riad itself beautiful, with a gorgeous garden and terrace, it looks dated and in dire need of a touch up. The room was spacious but wasn’t as clean as we would have expected. Unfortunately, upon arrival the hotel manager / front desk lady didn’t greet us with much enthusiasm or warm hospitality. No information was provided for our stay, and when asked about recommendations, she responded with indifference. The same cannot be said about the other hotel staff however, both the porter (Rashid) and the breakfast lady were both hospitable and friendly.

Beautiful riad. Outstanding service. Delicious food. Great massage services. What more can one want? The riad has a large and beautifully manicured courtyard. The room and bathroom were nice and had all the amenities one might need. Nicely decorated. But nothing out of the ordinary. I had dinner at the riad. Their lamb tajine was one of the most delicious tajines I had while in Morocco. Their breakfast was a typical Moroccan spread. The location was walking distance to all the sites to see in El Jadida. There was no parking on the rather narrow street. They had parking available at a site nearby. Although, with the winding alleys to get there, even though the distance from the riad was short, I kept getting lost. That is not common for me.
