El lugar es maravilloso pero la calidad humansa el profesionales de todo el personal es de otro planeta Daniela es genial super atenta y muy amable Doña Nora ,velentina ,Alfonso y el seños james son geniales mi esposa y yo estamos muy agradecidos por tan excelente servicio nos llevamos un poquito de cada uno en nustros Corazones saludos y nos vemos pronto Pablo y tatiana....

To start with, the advertised rate is for one person, which in my experience is unusual in hotel booking. That is not disclosed until in the process of finalizing booking. On arrival at the locked gate entrance, thirty minutes before check in time, it took 15 minutes for the gardener workers to find the attendant to open the gate. Check in went smoothly, and staff is very helpful. Desk is not attended most of the time, but again the staff are all helpful, but speak only Spanish. The building and grounds are beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The main lobby has 4 different levels, and steps are not wheelchair friendly. Nor are there handrails on the many steps down to pool level. The pool is good, but the steps down to the pool have no hand rails and are somewhat difficult to see since they are a uniform dark blue color. The restaurant is located on an open porch which includes a sitting area and the advertised pool table. Very surprising is the list of extras shown on the free breakfast menu, including café at 4000 pesos for a small cup, as well as extras for juice, a bread basket etc. Most of the better resorts in Armenia have a breakfast buffet, but there were only two or three couples during the days we were there. The porch included a potted cactus located at the end of a couch, that delivered a nasty scratch, when brushed against. The shower and bathroom did not have any grab bars, and a 1 inch step up into bathroom was not senior friendly.

A little annoyed that we can't get two room keys, but a non-working door key still worked in the room power switch, so good enough. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is nice, the restaurant food is very good and reasonably priced, the property has a sauna, steam room, treadmill, stationary bike, pool...would be nice to have a hot tub/jacuzzi, but otherwise great. Very close to the airport, so good for early morning flights...beyond that, not very convenient to the town or much else.

I stayed at the Casa Hotel Boutique El Triángulo for one night as part of a wedding celebration. The hotel was very nice, with one exception. The hotel allowed the wedding marquee to be disassembled during the night. The wedding celebrations finished at about 2AM and the noise taking the marquee down started about 5AM, result about 3 hours sleep, far from ideal. Breakfast was very good.

El hotel es pequeño, confortable, se respira el verde, el personal amable, excelente ubicación, el desayuno es bueno, lo que pueden mejorar seria la distribución de las habitaciones.
