伊莎維克託裏精品酒店(Isa Victory Hotel Boutique)

Hotel boutique bien situado en la zona rosa de Armenia, atención excelente, el desayuno es muy bueno, es una buena elección para hosped**** y conocer el Quindio como destino turístico además el eje cafetero como Pereira y MANIZALES, muy recomendado…!!!!

Es un hotel cómodo y muy bien ubicado, sin embargo no lo recomiendo, acabo de estar hospeda por 2 noche en un viaje de trabajo, una cuenta de $621.000 y ninguna de las 2 noches me prestaron el servicio de restaurante (solicitud que hice ambas noches antes de las 8:00pm) debido a que tuvieron evento solo prestaban el servicio de restaurante para estos. Yo llegué muy cansada de trabajar ambos días y solo quería comer en mi habitación pero tuve que solucionar por otro medio mi alimentación cuando yo estaba pagando por todos los servicios.

La experiencia no pudo ser peor. Lo que tenía el hotel en la página web, no existía en las instalaciones. Solicité reembolso a Hoteles.com pues no recibí lo prometido y solo he recibido disculpas y evasivas

Excelente hotel sus habitaciones, espacios al aire libre y sus decorados hacen sentir un ambiente muy acogedor, especialmente el trato y amabilidad de todos sus empleados. Alimentacion de excelente calidad y sabor, mucha variedad en las comidas y porciones muy buenas.

Way too noisy. I should’ve read the reviews before booking. It's 2:30 am and now I'm wide awake. It has been like this for the past 6 days. Invest in sound proof windows. And the bathroom pipes from the floors above can be heard after every flush

I stayed 2 nights with my new wife and we loved the place. It is right next to a mall so we had easy access to anything we needed and we got lucky and was able to park in the main parking lot on site but there are only a few parking spots there so we loved our spot and did not ever have to make the short walk from their other parking lot. The staff who took care of the complimentary breakfast were awesome and we loved the breakfast both days!! We enjoyed the sauna one night and really enjoyed using that and the next night we used the roof top hot tub but that was just ok, it took 4 hours to heat up and the jets were not massage power but just barely pushed the water power but it was still a great a**osphere to relax on the roof and talk in the nice warm water! Overall, we both enjoyed the room and location and the staff were great!

The hotel is very clean and located in an excellent part of town. The staff was very friendly and everything went smooth. I will return to Isa Victory the next time I need an hotel in Armenia.

Tuve mala experiencia en el Hotel, las camas muy incomodas, las almohadas ni se diga, peor de incómodas. Viaje con mi familia y tengo una bebe y no había agua caliente justificando que se había acabado el agua del tanque, en el desayuno simplemente responden que se acabo el jugo y que no hay más nada para tomar. Me pareció pésima la experiencia en este hotel Además no tenían parqueadero suficiente en el hotel, te hacen parques a dos cuadras e ir caminando con una bebe de brazos y con un aguacero impresionante
