愛妮島珊瑚礁度假村(El Nido Reef Strand Resort)

El sitio está un poco dificultoso para llegar en tuk tuk. Caminando es un paseo no muy largo , pero por la noche está bastante oscuro. Pero el encanto del hotel esque está alejado del pueblo y las vistas son magníficas. En cuanto al desayuno un poco flojo y repetitivo .la habitación está bastante bien . En definitiva cumplió mis expectativas.

飯店位置優越，靠近市中心，提供三輪車服務。工作人員非常友好，早餐讓我們享受並有精力去跳島遊。飯店需要翻新，枕頭套沒有被以前的客人洗過，而且盥洗台漏水導致惡臭。游泳池很不錯，而且可以通往海灘，但不適合游泳。

酒店位於一個相當偏僻的地方 - 它非常安靜，但通往酒店的道路非常艱難：由於連接海灘和愛妮島鎮的狹窄街道，只有部分交通工具可以到達酒店。所以如果你想搭車，你需要讓這家酒店來接你或送到海灘（白天免費）。步行約需 15 分鐘即可到達城鎮。 我喜歡這裡的景色和游泳池，早餐很美味（真的很喜歡 tocino），我喜歡這裡的服務。房間又大又乾淨。 如果您喜歡安靜祥和的氛圍，絕對推薦。

酒店的員工和老闆都很好，但位置很差，需要問他們交通很髒，很難進入房間，真的是一次糟糕的經歷，而且走進來的客人很貴，價格更便宜

Terrible customer service.. AVOID! For the price paid, you really will not get you stays worth. The photos advertised did not depict our experience during our stay. There were several issues, including a broken faucet, mould on the bed, and the air-conditioned placed in a odd place where it did not cool the room after blasting it on for several hours. If you enjoy cleanness and want to avoid mosquitos and cockroaches, then this is not the hotel for you. Upon raising these issues with the manager to request a partial refund, we were met with a terrible attitude and complete unprofessionalism. He was very confrontational and overall unpleasant to speak to. We were then subjected to being filmed for the rest of our paid stay. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience turned into a nightmare, which is very unfortunate as it was our first time in El Nido and did not expect such treatment. I recommend trying other hotels such as Tandikan, where we had a much more pleasant stay and did not have any of these issues.

Le seul point positif de cet hôtel est la vue. Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cette hôtel, la première chambre que nous avons eu était humide (le mot est faible), les murs noirs a des endroits (des moisissures), une odeur de moisi qui est encore plus accentuée lorsque la Clim est allumée à rendre malade. La salle de bain dune humidité plus accentué que dans la chambre, avec une pression minime donc pour se laver les cheveux faut avoir du temps devant sois. Nous avons donc demander à changer de chambre, ce qui a été dur nous avons dû discuter un long moment expliquant que c’était pas possible de rester dans cette chambre. Au final nous avons eu le même problème dans la seconde chambre, l’humidité, les moisissures, odeur nauséabonde. Les draps mouillés à cause de l’humidité, les affaires dans les valises imbibées d’humidité avec une odeur affreuse. Ensuite l’hôtel est vendu avec une soit disant piscine et jacuzzi, qui était lors de notre venu impraticable, en piteux état, une eau sale. Franchement à ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT. Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est. Ps: malade depuis notre venu là bas, à cause de l’humidité et des moisissures présentes, pour les fragiles des bronches et poumons fuyez !!!

Please book and spend your money somewhere else. I booked the hotel because of the ammenities they advertised online plus the beautiful photos they have on their page. But these photos are old pictures of the hotel because it looked a lot different in reality. Its the complete opposite. The hotel needs a lot updating and has a lot of maintenance issues. The hotel is not accessible at all, unless they take you to the town, its not even beach front as they advertise, the beach next to it is not swimmable at all. Their pool is dirty, you can see tissues/napkins under the water with algae on the ridges of the pool. Their rooms is not updated, some rusting, mold dew, and could use some air freshner. The linens smells like thy were not laundried, no blankets, there is no fridge for your drinks, their free breakfast is same everyday. The whole hotel is not ehat you think it is, their photos ate deceiving, it look very nice online but its the complete opposite. You can stay somewhere way better with the rate they are offering. The ambience of the hotel is not relaxing, its the opposite of it. They will overcharge you for everything, it’s not worth the money. Just an honest review because we don’t want people to experience what we had experience.

我們選擇這個地方是因為它列在 Qantas 網站上。這不是 3 星級度假村，可能是 1 或 1.5 星級。 從好的方面來說——景色和無邊泳池令人驚嘆。推薦的跳島遊很棒，廚房工作人員也很好。床很乾淨。 不利的一面是——我們供 4 人使用的浴室很臭。我們把房間鑰匙留給了他們超過 3 天，工作人員只打掃了一次房間，我們自己打掃了浴室。我們不得不要求 4 個人每天總共要 1 或 2 張衛生紙。房價包含早餐，第二天晚上他們問我們是否可以點同樣的東西，這樣對他們來說更容易。我們說不。 停電了，沒有主人在場，工作人員無法打開發電機，這太荒謬了☹️。不會回來了。
