邦古拉斯島艾爾尼多度假村(El Nido Resorts Pangulasian Island)

The first words of the staff is “welcome to paradise” and we can only say it was truly experiencing paradise. From the first second at lounge arrival to the last second of departure there was an amazing, friendly and personalized customer care! The hotel environment , the room, the food, the complementary boat trips all was excellent and gave us an incredible experience to never forget and … to return back to☺️

Resort was spacious and private. Staff were very warm and service-oriented. The beach view looks like the Havianas logo. The in-room cookies were so good. Complimentary activities were so convenient and fun! Also joined a day dive (php 6000) — the corals and marine life south miniloc were so pretty ️

Service is top notch! Complementary activities covers 3 days already. Food quality is the best. Rooms are spacious, complete amenities, very clean and private. Beach front views looks like it's paradise. Overall rating is best plus one.

Booked a beach villa but got a 2nd floor beach villa vs what they market on their site. We needed to take a flight of stairs to get to the beach vs just walking right out as advertised. To give you an idea, we had a balcony vs a deck. I wish they did separate pricing since this is 2 completely different experience/room. I was looking forward to leaving my room, to our deck, to the beach and I did not get that experience. It felt like false advertising to me (getting a beach view vs beach villa) and it was an immediate let down on day 1. For the price, especially during the peak season (new year) I wish I just booked with Aman. 5 star for the staff and location.

Las instalaciones del Resort son fantásticas en un lugar de ensueño, su playa, el mar cálido y la vista de las islas cercanas lo hacen un paraíso. El servicio de comida “all inclusive “,las excursiones previstas y la calidez de su gente permiten disfrutar cada momento. Desde la llegada al aeropuerto que incluye una recepción y el traslado en lancha individual al hotel con el equipaje hasta la salida que incluye el VIP. El servicio es realmente un cinco estrellas y el lugar “el paraíso”. Lamento que Filipinas y El Nido sean lugares poco difundidos ya que es un destino fantástico.

This rates as one of the nicest resorts we have ever stayed at and we've been to the Maldives five times so we know something about beach luxury. Things to note: 1) The views of the beautiful beaches and nearby islands are simply spectacular. We spent a lot of time just gawking for lack of a better word. 2) The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and included nice surprises like daily homemade cookies! 3) Service - Probably the best service of any resort we've ever been to. My husband has mobility issues and they accommodated him beautifully. The manager was always checking on us and the servers/bartenders at the pool knew what we wanted before we did! And we highly recommend the two-for-one happy hour. 4) Food-Fabulous with a lot of choice. 5) We stayed at Miniloc Island Resort before we came here. Airport transfers and the transfer between the resorts were comfortable, well-organized, and timely. We really enjoyed the priority luggage handing on Air Swift and the air-conditioned!! lounge.
