奧納俱樂部貝納維斯塔酒店

Nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable, Fuimos mi madre mi hija y yo. La salida a la autovía es bastante peligrosa, es jugártela para incorporarte a una autovía sin carril de incorporación. Recomiendo si vais a hacer compra de alimentación (dar un paseo hasta el Supeco) por la vía de servicio y pedir que lo traigan a domicilio (funciona bien). No hay lavadora en los apartamentos. Por lo demás ninguna pega... el agua de la piscina limpia y templadita (un placer que no te da sensación).

Close to beautiful Estepona, Marbella, Mijas, Malaga. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Would gladly go back another time. Apartment had what was needed. Felt safe. Parking also easy and a car is needed.

Single person excluded. 2 adults only. I tried to book thru Loveholidays and as soon as I changed to Single person it drop away. I contacted the hotel and they confirmed no Single bookings. Good luck with bookings. I stayed at another place even better and that place and that place got a great review from me with over 500 likes. That's 500 people who would stay at that place. 500 less that will stay here.

Had a lovely Penthouse Suite which, apart from all the stairs to get to it was superb. Two Beds and Two Bathrooms, which we booked in case friends came out to join us, were again excellent. (Feel baths should have a non slip mat in them) but when we asked at Reception David he said "leave it with me!" And they were delivered to us within the hour. (Well done Reception) . Luckily we had friends out there who kindly collected our keys as we weren't arriving until around 23.00 hrs. Not sure how we would have got them if not? Also, as I had requested a ground floor Two bed and got a Top Floor one, nice as it was, could have done with some assistance to get suitcases up to our apartment. Would have given 5 Stars other than this. All in all a great stay and we will return. David Evans and Pat Brown

Good: big and spaciuous apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms big garden and a terrace with sunbeds where you can sunbathe in december ok swimmingpool area good equiped kichen very comfy beds (medium) value for money parking in the street was ok nice garden could be better: the sofa/armchairs could be more comfy and practical poor lighting in the bathroom, it was almost dark a bit noisy old A/C

On arrival, I was allocated a terrible apartment, with filthy terrace (cleaned when I complained) with a great view of the adjacent A7 motorway with 24 hour traffic and the McDonald's next door. The apartment was surrounded by residents, not holiday makers, who practised DIY, hammering, drilling and welding for hours on end, including Sunday morning. Why was I allocated this apartment? Was it because I was a man on my own? Who knows? There were other apartments available, obviously, as I was allocated a nice, clean, quiet, ground floor apartment with garden. It had obviously been vacant for some time as it required airing with all windows and doors open for half an hour to get rid of the damp smell. The resort is right next to the very busy motorway. There are a few decent restaurants and a few mediocre ones, all with the noise of the motorway in the background if you choose to eat outdoors or near a doorway. To get to the resort, there is very heavy, stop-start traffic around Marbella and Puerto Banus exits from/entrances to the motorway. Beware Friday traffic especially! I was on an RCI exchange, regretfully and their information needs updating as there is no longer a DVD player supplied. This was disappointing as the TV reception is so poor, it is unwatchable. When I pointed out the lack of a DVD I was informed they don't supply them. However, when I showed them the RCI information sheet they said they would track one down, which they did. Unfortunately, it had no remote control, so I was unable to access subtitles, which I need due to hearing loss. To be hones, there is nothing about this resort that I would entice me back or recommend it to others. I left a day early, as I'd had enough of it. In over 50 RCI holiday, this is easily the worst.
