The place looked like it had a fresh remodel, but some things that hurt its ratings:
The ice maker on the 7th floor was not working, and the staff did not seem to care; it was not fixed in a couple of days when I stayed there, and I am sure it is still not fixed.
There is only one luggage cart for the entire hotel! I asked the staff to call me when the cart came back, but they never called. Some of the staff seemed nice and were willing to help, but some, especially the day staff, looked upset that you bothered them. Paying for parking was a surprise; this should have been included in the price.
