埃爾帕索市中心萬怡酒店及會議中心(Courtyard El Paso Downtown/Convention Center)

Me gusto mucho, estuve comoda. En la habitación habia todo lo que podia necesitar, desde suficiente shampo, acondicionador, gel de baño. Habia toallas extras en una habitacion king. Cafe, refrigerador y microondas. Que tuviera refrigerador fue excelente porque aveces tenemos que llevar medicamentos que deven permanecer refrigerados. La vista por las ventanas era realmente hermosa.

Primeramente cobran más caro que cualquier otro hotel y no está tan bueno al hotel enseguida te cobran el estacionamiento doble te dicen $15 y después te cobran el doble

La televisión estaba descompuesta de color azul, las almohadas son las peores practicamente duermes sin almohada. El cobro del estacionamiento es pesimo, ademas que lo rentan para los que van al juegos de los Chihuahua's y esta super reducido, elevadores viejos.

Muy buena locación, todas las tiendas muy cercas y muy accesible para viajar a lugares cercanos

no se hizo limpieza del cuarto por omisión de su personal, aun cuando pedimos directamente que se hiciera.

El Hotel esta super limpio, accesible, con restaurante en la planta baja y sobre todo muy amable personal..

Servicio rapido lo que no me parece es que hagan un cargo extra por usar estacionamiento

The place looked like it had a fresh remodel, but some things that hurt its ratings: The ice maker on the 7th floor was not working, and the staff did not seem to care; it was not fixed in a couple of days when I stayed there, and I am sure it is still not fixed. There is only one luggage cart for the entire hotel! I asked the staff to call me when the cart came back, but they never called. Some of the staff seemed nice and were willing to help, but some, especially the day staff, looked upset that you bothered them. Paying for parking was a surprise; this should have been included in the price.
