埃爾帕索市中心雅樂軒酒店(Aloft El Paso Downtown)

Heerlijk modern hotel, ontbijt niet inbegrepen, fijn bed en loop in douche, jammer dat de waterdruk niet zo hoog was ( kamer op 13de?), netflix casten naar tv, valet parkeren, redelijk dicht bij el paso street.

Esta bien normal , por precio hay mejores opciones , la limpieza deja mucho que decir , mi regadera te la cabellos del cliente anterior :(

Me gusto que estuviera en el centro y que el precio fuera más económico que los demás en la misma área. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero son prácticas, limpias, agradables. El estilo del hotel es bonito.

No servía el aire acondicionado y tuve que pedir que nos cambiaran de habitación, pero finalmente nos cambiaron de habitación

Es un lugar cómodo, limpio y con ecxelente atención.

El personal muy amable, instalaciones cómodas. Solo me gustaría que estuviera incluido el desayuno

The bed is very comfortable. There is a daily fee to park at the hotel if you have a car. 10.00 per day The staff was friendly. Easy walk to down town. The rooms are very small. No sitting area other than the bed. The suites may be bigger. we were out and about most of the trip. For a long stay I would look for a larger room. The restaurant attached to the hotel has excellent food.

We asked for housekeeping after our first night and they did not touch the room or provide clean towels. Front desk was very pleasant and provided clean towels and coffee replenishment upon request. Valet serice for car was prompt and courteous, with the exception of parking after dark; there is no access driveway and you need to understand it is the valet asking for your keys when you are not in front of the entryand they are not wearing any uniform to ID them as hotel employees.
