芝加哥希爾頓逸林酒店-阿靈頓高地(DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago - Arlington Heights)

This hotel is amazing! We checked in after midnight because we were attending a concert at The Chicago Theatre. There was no issue with the late check-in, and we were greeted by two extremely nice staff who were happy to answer any questions we had. They also gave us some delicious warm cookies. We didn't wake up in time for breakfast, but the staff recommended the food. The hotel was extremely clean and the shower pressure was the best. The last thing I must say is the king mattress is the most comfortable mattress in the world and the pillows were great too. We'd give more stars if we could, and will definitely stay here again!

The property is outdated (popcorn ceiling, old brown wallpaper, heating and cooling system worn out, carpet beat up, bed hard to touch,) but it's clean. The staff was helpful and the cookies were okay it took two days to get one. The housekeeping lady was so nice and courteous, she did an excellent job maintaining my room. I did try to be as neat as possible. I would try a different hotel next time but this hotel isn't my last choice.

Check in went fine. Until a knock on the door at 10pm when I was sleeping asking me if I was smoking in the room. (I don’t smoke). As I said no, the guy then asked again am I sure?”. I said yes I was positive since i don’t even smoke. The next day i didn’t receive room service at all. I called down to the front desk and no answer twice. I go to the front desk to ask to speak to a manager and got told there is no one there and they will call me in the morning. Never received a call at all. The shower and toilet consistently made a noise throughout the entire night as well.

The shuttle was literally never available for any of the times stated it would be. My sister and I flew in and out at differing times and the shuttle was not available at 8am, 10am, 4pm, or any other time we tried for the airport. We ended up spending over $60 to take a rideshare instead. The entire reason we chose this property was the free airport shuttle. Rediculous and will never stay here again.

I booked a room with two queen beds, those were actually double beds, we were 4 and it was difficult 2 in each bed, eventually was up the whole night

1. Front desk: Brittany, was rude and only 1 of the 4 cards she gave us worked. 2. Bed: not comfortable. 3. Pillows: horrible. 4. Climate: room was either too hot or too cold, vent blows directly on your face when laying down. 5. Bathroom: Very cold. Sink: the size of an airplane sink. Bathtub: too small/shallow. Toilet: very low to the ground, we aren't in kindergarten. Overall, was not impressed at all, especially for the price. Hilton needs to step up their game, will not be back.

Requested room clean but never done. Hotel mentioned due to less staff. I go and pick up towels by myself. Staffs are not kind. It was not my first time to stay but service and quality is getting worse and worse.

Unfriendly unprofessional check out staff, Below-average roomin cleanliness. Will never stay in this double tree location.
