The property itself was great, the staff was friendly. The downside of my stay was that the room I booked and paid for wasn’t available once I arrived. However, the staff upgraded the room I was given and still made for a great weekend

I recognize it is that time of year. But the parking lot was very muddy. It was difficult to get in and out of my truck without getting muddy. The ice machine of the first floor is broken. The young lady behind the desk was very helpful. I appreciate that she retrieved a Coke for me at 9:20 once the market was closed.

I didn’t like the fact that the sofa bed was filthy had blood stains on it and when I reported that they told me the manager was not on site and they will call me which they never did .I had to call again and the customer service answer was really unprofessional!!!

In the middle of the night the vent in the bathroom started leaking water into our bathroom Called the front desk several times an no answer.

Albeit my favorite place to stay as I stay their occasionally for respite. This time encountered couple of unexpected insects that required ‘extermination’, which was surprising as that was a first. Was on a lower level, there was a party in progress 1 floor below, was able to adjust to that. Fire alarm was ‘activated’, no harm done. My most interesting stay to date.

There was no room service on any day for our four nights stay. We had to go to front desk every day to get towels. Out of 6-7 key cards we had to ask front desk to program, only one worked reliably. Though entire property is non-smoking, there was smell in hallways and elevators Hair dryer in our room had a bright red glow and would shut off in couple of minutes probably due to over heating. We complained about it to front desk as a safety risk and asked them to replace it. Again, there was no room and/or maintenance service

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was OK except they ran out of a few things and the juice machine was broken. My biggest complaint was that the room wasn't ready in time and the front desk staff were pretty terrible. Check in was supposed to be 3pm. We got there about 2:45 hoping to check in a little early. We were told our room wasn't ready yet because the cleaning staff was working on cleaning a block of rooms for a group that was coming later that night. So, seems like poor planning on the part of the cleaning staff. We just sat in the lobby and waited for 45 minutes until our room was ready. The two young workers at the front desk seemed aloof and unconcerned with customer service. It felt a little like a trip to the DMV. Everything they did was super slow, they barely communicated with us and, when they did say something, it was mumbled so quietly we could barely understand. They did eventually offer a 10% discount, but they didn't actually give it to us. They copped an attitude with someone else who was upset to be waiting for a room and even called the police on another woman who asked to talk to a manager. After all that, when we were getting ready for bed at about 8pm, we heard someone at our door trying to get in. Turns out they must have given us one of the rooms in that block for later check in because the woman at our door had key cards with our room number on them. So, those poor people had to deal with a problem too. Sadly, can't recommend this hotel.

The hotel looked nice from outside. The reception was as well but my room smelled of tabako, there was a visible big stain on the sitting room sofa. The sink was clogged but we fixed it. At breakfast someone spilled the milk on the floor and the cupboards. I have young children and could've slipped and hurt themselves. When I mentioned it to the worker present i was told to take a napkin to clean it. The worst part was the cockroaches in my room. I found 3 and I took pictures as proof. I am still traumatized and keep checking my house, afraid that i may brought it home. When mentioned all of the above to the manager she ignored me. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The front desk woman was incredibly rude. None of the rooms were ready at check in time. They tried to give us a room with a broken tub and no shower. There was only 1 towel even though the room was booked for 2 people. There was no sense that the hotel was trying to help people even though they did not have room clean and ready until after 6p for a 3p check in
