Best okay, behoorlijk groen (maar beperkt zicht) en kamer redelijk. Wel wat dicht op elkaar gepakt. Eigenaar vriendelijk en doet goed zijn best. Idd, aardig dicht bij het centrum.

I recently stayed three nights at Ella Green cottages with my soon (13) and we had a lovely experience. The cozy cottages are nestled in the heart of nature, surrounded by lush greenery, which gave it a serene and peaceful jungle atmosphere with birds and small monkeys playing around. The cottages themselves were cozy and comfortable, with the necessary amenities to make the stay comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious home-cooked breakfast each morning. Pancakes, toast, fresh fruits, omelets and various traditional Sri Lankan foods. The host was very friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to make os feel comfortable and ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Ella Green cottages to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat amidst nature. Ella green cottages is positioned right in the tree canopy and you can see monkey families coming to visit in the morning. The room was comfortable and clean and the shower got hot. We were given a generous and tasty breakfast and got good tips on walking to Ella rock in the morning. When we left we got outlet breakfast to go. Lovely place

Wir hatten uns auf zwei abenteuerliche Nächte im Ella Green Coaches eingestellt und wurden auch nicht enttäuscht, als wir von Affen und Eichhörnchen begrüßt worden. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und ging auf Spezialwünsche beim Frühstück sehr flexibel ein. Für den Preis war die Leistung sehr gut. Die Lage war etwas abseits, dafür schön ruhig und beinahe schon idyllisch. Wer auf Luxus hofft, ist hier am falschen Ort. Insgesamt ein super Erlebnis in Ella.

Lovely place and staff close to town

I decided to extend my stay as soon as I arrived. Perfect place and the price is on point. I will definitely be back again and spend more time here at this wonderful place.

Monkey's and birds were great...room was average. Could stand to clean construction debris from below the room. Beautiful environment around Ella...waaaay over developed! Alot of price gouging going on. I have no desire to return there. Thailand or Cambodia are much better deals from my experiences over the years.
