There was a terrible musty smell in the room. The extra bed was just a plastic hump to sleep on. The regular bed was clean and the bathroom was clean but the smell was terrible. There was a damp feeling in the room. Nothing like on the web that showed a different picture.We won't be back.

Power went out. 80 degrees in the room. No AC..No tv..No phone...and so far No refund. ...and No house keeping..to top things off.

There was a lot of construction going on and the hotel was in a very industrial area. There weren’t many stores super close by. Also, there was NO breakfast as advertised. We were told the delivery truck did not arrive on time which is understandable. What made me upset was no one had a contingency plan or stepped up to take control of the situation. The staff looked bewildered and unprofessional. The basic message was “you’re on your own”. Not even drinkable water or coffee was available. I have NO intention of ever staying there again.

Overall, my stay here was nice. The area was really convenient in relation. There were plenty of places to eat and stores in the area. Our 2 bedroom suite was nice, clean, the bathroom was dated but still clean. We were able to get towels, tissues, toilet paper when we needed. Speaking to the cleaning crew was painful because they knew absolutely no English at all. At least not the girl I kept running into. My issue is, there’s a sign on the fridge that advertises them having playing cards, board games, grilling tools, etc. My husband went downstairs to the front desk to ask for playing cards and they looked at him like he was stupid - haha. Perhaps take that advertisement down. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

Was actually surprised by the property. Yes it needs some upgrades but over all worked well for us.

All of the staff were very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an excellent place to stay while in New Orleans.

Staff was good but the building was old and getting run down. Had to try three rooms before one without plumbing problems could be found.

The staff was extremely friendly, and accommodating. Propert is old and kind of dated, but they keep it clean.
