Très bon hôtel globalement, décoration moderne, climatisation, piscine et Sky bar très agréable. Le gros inconvénient est le manque d’insonorisation. Nous etions en plus dans une chambre juste à côté des escaliers. La cage d’escalier résonne énormément et les cloisons sont fines. Nous étions sans cesse réveillés dans la nuit et le matin. Aucun inconvénient, il n’y a pas de volet et les rideaux sont pas épais … Sinon l’hôtel dispose de son restaurant, c’est là où vous mangerez le soir si vous êtes en demie pension. Nous avons très bien mangés dans ce restaurant ainsi qu’au petit déjeuner.

La spiaggia è minuscola, non esiste un qualsivoglia addetto. I lettini sono una ventina per 70 camere. Un cartello (che allego) in bella vista in ascensore avvisa che è vietato occupare i lettini se non con la presenza fisica (cioè non si può piazzare asciugamani e and****ne). Dopodiché alle 8,30 tutti i lettini sono occupati e in buona parte da personaggi che hanno piazzato asciugamani prima di andare a colazione. La receptionist in maniera non professionale dice che il cartello è valido ma lei non può controllare e ovviamente non c è alcun bagnino. Passando al resto, niente phon in camera, serratura del balcone difettosa, piscina piena di cloro. Buono il ristorante. A 100 mt una splendida spiaggetta libera

Για τα δεδομένα του χωριου της Ελούντας , το ξενοδοχείο αποτελεί μεγάλη σχετικά μονάδα , λίγο πριν το κανάλι της Κολοκύθας , ακριβώς μπροστά στη θάλασσα.Κοιτώντας το από μακριά,δεν ενθουσιάζεσαι και ιδιαίτερα .Ουσιωδώς είναι ένα παλιό κτίριο , με εξωτερικές υδρορροές και άλλες σωληνώσεις έκθετες σε αρκετά σημεία.Κτίριο ψηλοκρεμαστό με κοινόχρηστους διαδρόμους μικρού πλάτους (ειδικά αυτοί του κήπου) κατάφυτους και σκοτεινούς .Η έλλειψη καλής σκίασης στα δωμάτια (υπάρχουν μόνο black out κουρτίνες )και οι μικροί ανελκυστήρες που μετά βίας χωρούν 2 άτομα, σαν πρώτη εντύπωση σε απογοητεύουν ΑΛΛΑ έχει γίνει μία σοβαρή προσπάθεια ανακαίνισης των δωματίων (πλακάκια,μπάνια,κρεβάτια,υάλινες εσωτερικές πόρτες και παραπέτασμα ντουσιέρας , νέα είδη υγιεινής και μπαταρίες -νιπτήρες καθρέπτες ).Πολύ καλός ο κλιματισμός όπως και ο αερισμός του δωματίου.Οι καθαρίστριες είναι θορυβώδεις και εξαιρετικές στη δουλειά τους. Το πρωινό του είναι επαρκέστατο (έχει μέχρι και φρεσκοστυμμένο χυμό πορτοκάλι) Ο καφές της μηχανής είναι κάτω του μετρίου αλλά το να τρώς πρωινό μέσα στη θάλασσα χρησιμοποιώντας τον μικρό προβλήτα ακριβώς απέναντι , είναι μιά εμπειρία αξέχαστη .Το μπαρ στην ταράτσα είναι υπέροχο ειδικά το βράδυ με θέα στο κανάλι .Η πισίνα είναι τεράστια δυστυχώς με ελάχιστο χώρο γύρω της για ξαπλώστρες , ωστόσο αποτελεί μία κάποια λύση στην αγριεμένη θάλασσα.

Bel hôtel, un peu vieillissant a mon goût ( chambre) mais sinon les espaces communs sont très beaux et modernes Chambre confortable, accueil professionnel et aimable. Petit déjeuner correct La piscine est en revanche un peu petite pour le nombre de chambres, et le bar ne propose pas grand chose si on veut rester en farniente, dommage.

Если коротко и о главном- нам очень понравилось. Прежде всего комплименты самой деревне Элунда- прекрасное место для любителей достаточно спокойного размеренного отдыха! Море супер, харчевни - одна другой лучше, люди очень позитивны и доброжелательны. Все что вы прочтёте на сайте отеля чистая правда( и так бывает). Отель не принимает гостей с детьми- для меня это огромный плюс. Публика соответственно среднего возраста, много британцев и французов, атмосфера - полный релакс. Завтрак хороший, даже утренний кофе пить можно, тем более что круассаны почти французские. Пляж действительно приватный, зонтики, полотенца, хороший бар- все на месте. Маленький правда, зато свой. Номер откровенно небольшой, но балкон с видом на море, работающие холодильник и кондиционер, наличие сейфа практически нивелируют этот недостаток. При скромных размерах отельерам удалось организовать роскошную душевую зону. Персонал приветливый, отельный ресторан хороший, не лучший в деревне, но вполне на уровне. Как итог- появилось желание вернуться.

Such a lovely place to stay. Fantastic staff, all very friendly and they can't do enough for you. A special 'Thanks' to Nico, Anastasia, Denia, Popi & Ivaline for being such great people - thanks for making our stay that extra special. We stayed here for 2 weeks on B&B, perfect choice as we could choose where to eat in the evenings, although the Blue Sea has amazing seafood but is expensive. There are such an array of brilliant restaurants all over Elounda. We will be back and recommend this hotel to anyone. The pool was gorgeous and very refreshing, especially when it hits '30' degrees!! Just one thing - even if you have been going back to the same place for '20 years', please treat the staff with dignity, respect and don't assume you can upgrade your room. At the end of the day, it's just for sleeping in. There were some very rude retired people that should be brought down a peg or two and realise the staff work exceedingly hard to try and cater for everyone. The pool - there are signs about towels not being left for more than 30 minutes, apparently if you've been to the same place for years, this rule does not apply to you! Just a warning!!

Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. This is an absolute gem. The setting is stunning with views in both directions and the sea directly in front. Breakfast and dinner are served in the in-house Blue Sea restaurant both inside and on a jetty by the sea. It's magical. The food is really reasonably priced and delicious. Breakfast is varied, buffet style, relaxed and filling for the day. The marble cake is great. We were shown such warmth and genuine interest by the staff. They are lovely and friendly and can't do enough for you. We loved the SkyBar. it has a laid back feel with music, sports, ice cream and lovely lunches. There are sofas and more traditional tables and the views are out of this world. You can sit in there for ages and just be comfortable. The pool joins onto the SkyBar and is on the roof. It's big enough to swim and we had no problem getting a sunbed. The private beach is gorgeous. It is quite a small space but again we had no problem getting a sunbed. You are the only people in the sea, swimming with views of Spinalonga and the mountains. The rooms are modern with free aircon and a safe. They are cleaned daily and fresh towels are left. Comfortable bed and great shower, always with hot water. It's a short walk to the restaurants in Elounda, many of which have tables next to the sea. You can eat dinner and watch the fish. The centre is lively but still feels like a greek village. This resort feels safe, as does the hotel. We never had a meal that was anything other than delicious. Restaurant staff will greet you warmly but not pressure you to go into the restaurants. Spinalonga is a must visit. So interesting but can get busy. We went on the first boat but others went late afternoon and came back on the last ferry which sounded a little quieter. Everybody seems to love Elounda. We have now joined them and will definitely return.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff are super friendly here and very attentive. The hotel is in a great location, very close to everything and easy walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. The sky bar is nice and chilled and so is the small pebble beach area. It’s very relaxing here. The hotel is clean, fresh and modern. Very new clean and fully equipped rooms with nice little balconies. We did not eat at the restaurant but it looked delicious and smelt great, many people did dine there it’s just we always, always go to the Olondi.

Kleinschalig only adults familiehotel met heel nette, moderne, gerenoveerde kamers. Slechts 3 verdiepingen hoog. Heel rustige ligging aan de zee. Het onderhoud is perfect (dagelijkse schoonmaak en verse handdoeken) . Goede bedden. Ontbijtbuffet met voldoende keuze. Zelfs vers fruitsap ! Voor het avondmaal in halfpension heb je keuze uit de volledige menukaart, maar voor sommige gerechten moet je extra betalen = voordelige formule. Bediening aan tafel voor lunch & diner, dus geen buffet ! Betaalbare drank- en wijnkaart. Kwaliteit : super, culinair !! Skybar op 4e verdiep met mooi zwembad (1,80 m diep) en prachtig zicht. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Op 500 m van Elounda haven en centrum gelegen. Dit was de beste verblijfplaats die we ooit na vele jaren reiservaring in Griekenland hebben gehad.

I couldn’t have been happier with my stay at this hotel! As 2 young women travelling me and my friend couldn’t have felt safer, the staff, especially the bar were amazing, the food was great and everything was clean with lovely views- highly recommend!

Booked a last minute week here in what was pretty much the first week of the season. Were welcome by Anastasia who, when we asked to upgrade our Garden View Room to a Sea View Room, couldn't have been more helpful (although, in retropect, the Garden View Rooms get more sun on the balcony, as the hotel is pretty much north/northeast facing), and upgraded us at a discounted rate, due to it being so early in the season. Our room was small, but had pretty much everything, including a king-size bed, although a small chest of drawers would have been useful, which there was room for. Due to being early in the season, we had packed an assortment of clothes in anticipation (correctly) of chilly evenings, and we could only unpack half of them. The only "con" I would say is that the shower is only hot first thing in the morning. All our evening showers were only lukewarm. There were tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the restaurant on the little beach is lovely. There are also sunbeds on this little beach, with waiter service for drinks etc. All free of charge (the sunbeds, not the drinks!). Michael/Mikel/Mick welcomed us in the beach restaurant on our first afternoon with drinks (it was his first day!) and couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay. The Sky Bar, where the pool is, is a real suntrap and the staff up there were great. There is also a well-stocked bookshelf, which was handy. We intended having a meal here, as the food looked really good, but didn't quite get around to it. With one exception (Ergospasio - lovely looking restaurant but the food was very disappointing), we had fab food all week. Can particularly recommend Dimitris, on the roundabout in the centre, for authentic, inexpensive Greek food but all the restaurants we ate in in the centre were good. Be warned - portions are HUGE. We shared starters and mains, which made eating even cheaper still. Will definitely be going back.

We have just returned from a week’s holiday with friends. On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist and allocated a room towards the rear of the property overlooking some scrub land and a barking dog. The room smelt damp and stale and similar to a wet dog, this could possibly because it was early in the season and the room hadn’t been used???? However this could not be the excuse for the door surround being slashed with dry blood and bedding being stained The bedroom furniture was minimalistic, with no draw space ,poor quality and damaged. The corner of the wall was mouldy The shower leaked from underneath the base ,when used ,which did not help with the smell. Wires ,which looked electrical, were left dangling from a hole above the shower head. The tap on the sink basin was corroded and in desperate need of replacement The breakfast was okay ,for the first couple of days ,but we stopped going as the food was the same every day and and it was not worth the effort. The coffee machine was the slowest I have ever encountered and the queue was extremely long and also made it not worthwhile. We did enjoy our stay in Elounda, but based on our room experience I would not recommend or return to this hotel and would say the room was a 2 star rating at best I am aware that other guests stay on a regular basis, and they maybe allocated superior rooms to the one we were given I have attached photographs confirming the condition of the room.

Lovely hotel.very helpful staff.breakfast good and restaurant beautiful and serves great food.Bedroom spotless and bathroom has everything you need .Glass wall and door but completely opaque.Very comfy bed.Small balcony but didn’t spend much time in room so was irrelevant.Lots of mirrors.Brilliant location.Went last week open and beach was lovely and quiet but would avoid July and August for smallness of beach only,but there was the pool.Couldn’t fault jet two transfers.

Just returned after staying here for a week with my mum. We arrived early hours in the morning, got dropped off on the street with no direction being told where to go. Poorly lit we found the alley way you go down leading to hotel reception. We was taken to a garden room on the ground floor the room was so tiny and balcony which the view was a brick wall and bushes not good, we was offered an upgrade at our cost €20 per night to a sea view room . By this time 4am in the morning we was so tired after travelling since the day before we took it. That room the same so small and no personal space for my mum and I . The balcony which had a bistro table and two chairs on when sat out there we felt ontop of each other. Twin beds two beds made but no space to part them. Bathroom frosted glass screen so you could see the outline of my mum on the toilet . Not good. We complained to Jet 2 which when seeing the rep provided ourselves being met with an abrasive attitude and did not want to listen to what we had to say. We remained persistant and again at our cost at €30 per night was put into a much bigger room which then we could finally relax. The hotel itself was lovely, very clean friendly staff and close proximity to Elounda main square, tavernas etc. The pool area small with it being end of season plenty of sunloungers but I dread to think that this would not be the case height of season. Breakfast was average . Everywhere almost at this time of year was closing for the season so we didn’t get to experience Elounda at its greatest. As it really is a beautiful place. Would we stay at this hotel again … unfortunatly No due to the small rooms , granted your not in your room for long but you do need space for when you are.
