Absolutely beautiful huge room. I loved the decoration and detail. Our room had bear pictures, carvings, etc. However, there was so soap in the dispenser in the shower so that wasn’t good. The lighting is not very good either.

The hotel is a bit dated, but clean and in decent repair. I loved the toiletries, which were Bath and Body Works products! That was unexpected. The staff were very nice and welcoming.

Not much space for breakfast when, tournaments and games are in the area, and that area fills up quik

This is a very cute hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. The floors at the baseboards in the lobby/elevator areas could be a little cleaner, but they weren’t bad. The room smelled very clean and pleasant. It could use a little bit of updating as far as the ceilings needing some touch ups and the bathroom wall paper was just starting to peel. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. Overall, this is a great little hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

Pet fee of $35 per pet is steep and was not in information about this hotel. So not happy to be surprised at check in. Almost left. Will not recommend to my friends due to this.

We love Stoney Creek. We checked in late. Both females on duty were kind and nice. (They might want to familiarize themselves with restaurants nearby). Everything about the hotel was relaxing and so comfy! I slept better here than any hotel we’ve stopped at over the past two weeks. Room was clean! Bathroom was clean! Bed was very comfortable! We ate breakfast which included the usual cereals, pastries, yoghurts, eggs plus hot scrambled eggs, pancakes, French toast, sausage links, potatoes. On checkout the staff was again friendly. We will definitely be back!

It was 50.00 more than the price i was quoted and so it was 460.00 and they didnt charge me a deposit plus what happen to buy 3 days get one free
