隔音樓板，感覺樓上客人來回走動，嘎吱嘎吱的感覺，樓板都快塌下來了似的，一點都不誇張，如果客人在樓上來回行動不睡覺你就休想休息了，真的住過這麼多酒店，沒發現樓板有這麼大噪音，甚至感覺危險性都非常非常強，建議大家辛苦點，在沒有電梯的情況下提行李上三樓千萬不要住二樓，白天看房間還可湊合，但晚上衹要樓上客人來回走動，你感覺到的噪音是你想象不到的，痛苦的想發瘋，熬到一點後沒辦法跟一樓的工作人員説了，也不知道她跟樓上的客户説沒説，我下去找的時候門鎖都是鎖的，工作人員倒是看到我來回推門起來幫我協調，我自己回房間後，和之前是一樣一樣的吵，真的真的很痛苦，樓板要掉下來的感覺一點都不誇張！

Ely老建築的酒店，位置很方便。就是沒有電梯搬行李箱真的很痛苦，上上下下搬了幾輪。家裡小朋友讀書來探望，住這還是挺方便的。樓下餐廳很多本地長者在吃，環境不錯。房間是比較舊的設備，門是拿鑰匙開的。

Nice little hotel in the heart of Ely and within spitting distance of the cathedral and high Street. Restaurant downstairs served good food and the room was warm and beds comfortable. Bathroom was in bed of refurbishment, needed an engineering degree to figure out the shower

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the wonderful Ely Cathedral - I could see part of the tower from my bedroom. Staff are very helpful. There are a lot of stairs to the rooms though and although I was helped with my suitcases, it is a factor to be considered if you have health or age-related issues with stairs. Recommend the fish and chip shop in town: The Fish House, Ely. Guided tours of the cathedral are great.

Well situated for Cathedral and town centre. Room spacious and comfortable. Bathroom showing signs of wear, grouting and around taps need updating. Would help to have a wall handle to assist in climbing out of bath/shower. Car parking needs explaining took 2 attempts to find entrance then found it full. Would suggest it should be for dropping off luggage and disabled parking only with a turning area. I was told I would have to reverse out onto busy one way road. Fortunately someone leaving sorted me out ensuring I had their space. Perhaps arrangement with a nearby car park for overnight parking with a free pass. But people bookkng need more information about car parking.

We enjoyed the fact that it was so close to everything. Staff were all very pleasant. Our bedroom (32) looked very clean and we enjoyed the view from our window at all the old buildings. Car park was fine although on the Saturday night it was full but parking in the nearby car park wasn't a problem.

Room 35 in the stable block is an accessible room. Therefore, it had additional space, a seating area and wet room. Particularly liked the kingsize bed. It was clean, very comfortable and could be seperated to twin beds.

Staff were very friendly and hard working. Rooms were cleaned beautifully. However the decor is in dire need of a makeover. The room was massive but the furniture and decoration was very dark and dated

The location was great. Hotel was good, comfortable with friendly helpful staff. Had two dogs. All accommodating. A nice little stay in Ely.

The problem with the lamb is got no air condition it was very hot in my bedroom and there was to many stairs as there was no lifts i also had bed bug bites on my leg don't get me wrong the some of the staff was ok the girl's in the restaurant was brilliant

Room above kitchen fans & fridges. This room should be labelled & discounted accordingly. Other rooms tatty. Took some persuasion to sort out a suitable outcome with staff.

Hotel is right next to the cathedral, parking on a one way street that you have to go round the block to get to. The room was nice. The pub was full of beer flies and the risotto I was served was raw (picture attached). They didn't charge me for it, but I would rather have had a cooked meal! Breakfast was nice.

I was very happy here and felt well looked after. The food in the dining room was excellent and very good value. And the location of the hotel, right next to the Cathedral, could not have been better. The only things I didn't like were that Saturday night was so much more expensive than Sunday night (so I didn't stay on Saturday), and that you had to pay extra if you wanted the option of free cancellation (which is not a common practice, so I booked on ******* instead, which didn't have that rule, but which made it very difficult to get in touch with the Lamb).

A warm welcome, which continued throughout the stay. Very accommodating staff - heartily recommend here as a place to stay.
