Actually the German Railway brought us to this hotel as I missed the ferry to Borkum. A chance to get to know Emden. Close to the Train Station in the market square. Lots of restaurants around the square and not far from the old harbour area with more places to hang out. Room is small but very well renovated, modern and clean. Reception was helpful and friendly. (No lift, so a bit challenging for me to bring my suitcase to the second floor) Good bed and I slept well after doing a tour around the square. For my taste too many Italian restaurants in the neighbourhood. Breakfast and coffee good - choices of bread, cold cuts, cheese, jam - abundant food. Just to stay for a night - perfect.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer zum Marktplatz. Unerträglicher Lärm von der gegenüber liegende Disco. Bassgewummer, grölende, besoffene und bekiffte *****en, die meinen die Welt würde ihnen alleine gehören. Zimmer selbst für den Preis incl. Frühstück und Parken ok. Freundlicher Empfang. Alles sauber. Ein Fehler an der Heizung wurde sehr schnell behoben.
