Was a nice experience overall. Didn't try the food, so can't comment on that. Took a bit long to check in, had a few run-ins with the staff, but enjoyed my stay. A bit pricy, but like the unique style of the hotel. Worth the price in my opinion.

Le standing de l’hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur de ce qu’il promet. Le ménage dans les chambres est mal fait. Il faut se battre pour avoir des serviettes à la piscine et dans la chambre et quand on demande des serviettes en plus on vous dit que c’est tout ce qu’on peut faire. On vous charge une caution sur une carte bleu et quand vous commandez à la piscine il faut payer directement nous ne pouvons pas charger sur la chambre. A 23:00 venez avec vos bouteilles d’eau car rien dans l’hôtel

Hotel novo e confortável!
Minha ressalva foi quanto ao restaurante que tinha disponível no hotel.
O serviço era de buffet, não tinha outra opção. A comida não era agradável e não podíamos pedir a la carte.

The property was ok its just the staff was not knowledgeable and not friendly i ended up paying the price of a nighly stay just because i had child with me i never heard that before when i ask for explanation they said thats the policy of the hotel i always book via ******* and that never happened to me. I told the manager i understand you are a business but be honest and doint scam people!

We were not notified that the pool was open only on weekends. Also, the food wasn't anything special either. The rooms are beautiful and so is the view but that doesn't justify the sub-par experience in the hotel.

we had the most fantastic stay!!!
the service was great and we even got a free upgrade to beautiful room!! the breakfast was delicious and very generous with massive range of foods.... worth every penny extra to come here and we would definitely come again!!! hotel is beautifully built and designed!
