酒店很乾淨，酒店前台很熱情。服務周到，酒店內設有餐廳，到晚上很晚，還有送餐到酒店房間服務，自助早餐大概10英鎊一位，比較實惠

房間大，設施新

I cannot state how much of an awful experience I had at this hotel! The lady who checked me in was lovely but after that !!! HORRENDOUS! The rooms smell musty, no windows can be opened to allow for any outside air. Heating would intermittently work !! And the worse thing was the fire alarm going off for 2 days straight !! 7am in the morning and the following day 6am then 7 times after that ! Gentleman at reception was rude and very unhelpful! And said it was not his problem. It’s also very difficult to find and not very well signposted which to be honest is probably for the best ! Don’t waste your money there are better properties in the area to stay at ! Which I will do on my next business trip.

L'hôtel et son personnel nous conviennent très bien. Le site est pour nous impératif car ça nous permet de visiter nos amis, de nous balader dans les parcs voisins et d'un coup de métro, nous rendre en centre ville très facilement car il y a une ligne de métro directe.

I have been a loyal premier inn customer for a number of years now but this experience was horrific. I booked the day before only to be told the booking was invalid and they turned my 10 year old son and I away without a room. We found an alternative hotel but to add insult to injury they still took the money for the invalid booking. I have sent a complaint and asked for my money back but it’s nearly a month later and I am being ignored.

I hate to leave a bad review but my room was infested with bed bugs which totally freaked me out. Had to change rooms in the middle of the night, they refunded and gave me a new room. But I will never stay at this hotel again. The food was decent and service good, but I can't get over the bugs I'm afraid.

Fantastic trip to this premier inn staff couldn’t do enough for you very quiet and comfortable food really good a really good location with parking and extremely good transport links into the centre of London also plenty of local amenities

Buona soluzione per chi non ha necessità di risiedere in centro. L’hotel è in un quartiere residenziale ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Edificio moderno in un complesso di condomini di recentissima costruzione. Stanza confortevole, anche se priva di minibar e cassetta di sicurezza. La pulizia quotidiana della stanza va richiesta in reception.

Stayed here, only thing is bathroom extractor fan didn't work, paint on wall above TV from ceiling roller, also on side of skirting an last thing is cracks in plasterwork.
