For the price it was great. I have to have a balcony or windows that open so their balcony mountain view suite was so much less than other hotels it was fine. Sure the carpet and sofas need to be replaced but for the price it was fine...spacious! Steps away from Whole Foods and awesome coffee at Cafe Typica!! I walked to Cherry Creek everyday to workout at different pilates studios and shopping. Dispensaries everywhere! Crave and Barnes and Noble nearby too! I didn't eat the breakfast or drink the coffee because I am ultra particular about what I consume but noticed a lot of people seemed to enjoy the complimentary breakfast. The front desk crew were super awesome and friendly. I read other reviews about toilets backing up and so I was preventative and bought a plunger for the room prior. Toilets were definitely sensitive to the smallest amount of toilet paper. BYOP (bring your own plunger) LOL!!!

Staff is always friendly (Doug, Chris, Jeremy). Room we were in was okay. Will not get 1st floor again. View of parking lot and felt like people could look in. Blinds did not roll up (we had to manually try to get it rolled). Needs a remodel soon. But great location, fantastic hot breakfasts!!!

We stayed for 9 nights and the room we got was well equipped and spacious (1 bedroom and 1 kitchen - living room), the water pressure in the shower was great. We had good sleep during our stay. The room carpet was a little run down with stains so it look a little dirty. The breakfast is included and had some good reasonable options. No complains on this matter!!! They have free parking.

Great staff, professional, hospitable, with warm smiles. The hotel itself feels like it’s in transition. The common areas’ amenities are modern but the furniture and fixtures in my room were outdated, dimly lit and I just couldn’t figure out how to turn on one of the lamps bedside. My suite had 2 TVs. A larger, newer one in the sitting area and a smaller, older one in the bedroom. The sliding glass doors to the balcony also had challenges with closing (less of a security concern since my room was not on the ground floor. Overall, it’s an ok place and I hope they upgrade the finishes in the rooms - go all the way!
