I could not take a shower. No hot water, the door was awkward and reaching the shower controls was a challenge. I have up in the end.

MY AWESOME EXPERIENCE IN BEST WESTERN PLUS ENUGU It was a great experience and a place I will like to visit in my next trip,the rooms so fantastic the breakfast wow and the ambiance of the poolside..it's indeed a lovely place to be......

Stayed here for a night and hated everything about the place. Ac in room given wasn’t working and it took them 2 hours to get me another room that had no towels and toiletries. Cockroach’s on the bed and towels and bedding were tardy. to round it up breakfast had nothing to drink and when I asked for water I was charged extra for it. I will never stay here again even if I was given a months stay free. HORRIBLE place

service was bad workers was rude. Had to proofe everyday we order breakfast for 2.And it was almost same food everyday.Only so was nice was cleaners and hotel manager. But in reseption they was rude.Pool was dirty in first days. and close in mondsys.And all time they tell we book for 1 and not 2
