來比索酒店(Les Berceaux)

chambres quelconques deux restaurants dans le même !!!!!! le bistrot étant fermé, la direction prend tout de même des réservations et installe ses clients parmi ceux du restaurant étoilé Grande tablée, bruit insupportable, les clients fument dans le restaurant juste derrière nous, le personnel n'y voit aucune objection, ni la patronne qui dîne avec des amis Si vous cherchez un restaurant gastronomique avec la quiétude qu'il se doit, fuyez, ce n'est pas la bonne adresse !

La salle de bain n était pas lavée lorsque nous sommes arrivés à 19h. Impossible de nous garantir qu elle soit propre pour 23h !! C est honteux. Nous n avions pas les lits jumeaux demandés et le personnel nous a rit au nez lorsque l on s est plaints

We found this restaurant as it had been recommended by Michelin but from the start it was not good. There was a rude, impatient waiter and unbelievably they had no provision for vegetarians but did produce a ‘surprise’ which was bland with no description of what was offered. We eat off the menu du jour a yellow laminated printed menu hardly something suited to a Michelin recommended restaurant, chose the steak asked for it to be cooked how we liked to be told they only cooked either rare or medium but the steak was cold and uncooked in part. Overall poor food & service vastly overpriced and over rated.

Nice hotel with good location. Clean but old and worn out rooms. The worst feature is the bed. Old, hard without any spring and shaped like a bowl. Both of us have sore backs. Breakfast was adequate but minimal. Had to plead for butter. Coffee tasted disappointing and fruit was u ripe or overripe. Great that it had a lift. I wouldn’t agree with its 3 star rating above the front door

Best thing is the location. Central for town, close to the Avenue. Clean but very tired. No hot water fir showers ahead of a long drive in the morning, and no warning of this, or apology, which is simply bizarre. Didn’t have breakfast as very pricey when round the corner from nice outdoor cafes who let you bring breakfast from the boulengerie.

Ça ne vaut pas un 3 étoiles. Chambre minuscule et « kitch » , salle de bain d’époque. Literie et oreillers médiocres. Avons très mal dormi. Pas de sèche cheveux, pas de plateau de complaisance. Tout ça pour 100 euros la nuit. Un regret. À déconseiller

De ligging van dit hotel is (in het centrum van Epernay) perfect. Parkeren kan in de straat of in het 1 straat verderop gelegen grote parkeerterrein. Je loopt zo vanuit het hotel naar de restaurants en barretjes en natuurlijk de Champagne-huizen. Het hotel is heel goed onderhouden en schoon, personeel is vriendelijk. Kamer is ruim en aan een stille straat. Het ontbijt (ruime keuze) wordt geserveerd in de ruime ontbijt/diner-zaal beneden. De kamers zijn netjes maar echt verouderd. Met name de badkamer ziet er verouderd uit. Een opfrisbeurt zou het hele hotel goed doen. Een kleine verfbeurt met wat modernere kleuren en inrichting in de ontbijtzaal bijvoorbeeld. De badkamer van kamer 3 kwam voor mijn gevoel uit 1980. Geen airconditioning, dus in de zomer kan de kamer heel warm worden. Ramen konden wel open.
