聖克里斯託福羅酒店(Il San Cristoforo)

Tres beau resort, personnel réactif, professionnel et sympathique.Restaurant gastronomique qualitatif ( bravo au chef pâtissier ) et petit déjeuner excellent ( mention spéciale pour” the king of breakfast”Pasquale) Lieu propice à la détente. Manque néanmoins d aménagements sur l ensemble du parc pour y lire confortablement à l ombre de la végétation et de parasols sur la terrasse au 1er étage . Piscine très agréable. ( boissons un peu chères ) Pour les couches tôt avec sommeil léger attention aux mariages célébrés 1 soir sur 2 à l hôtel .. feux d artifices à minuit … les couches tard seront ravis du spectacle et des orchestres ! Idéalement placé pour visiter les sites touristes.

Tout simplement parfait ! Personnel, design, propreté, restaurant… parfait ! La seule chose qui surprend est le quartier, n’a lieu de Naples. En passant le portail vous rentrez dans un autre univers !

La propiedad es muy hermosa, sus jardines son muy bonitos, la habitación era espaciosa y limpia. El desayuno fue muy bueno también. Sin duda regresaría a este hotel.

Absolutely excellent stay! This hotel is gorgeous, a beautiful grand building set in beautiful grounds, with the added benefit of having Mount Vesuvius as the backdrop. The location of hotel is brilliant for Pompeii, Herculaneum, Mount Vesuvius, Naples, Sorrento, Salerno etc, and the regular shuttle to and from Ercolano train station was very welcome. We were made welcome from our first step into and last step out of the hotel. The reception staff, Giuseppe (shuttle driver) and restaurant staff were absolutely awesome, very helpful, friendly, professional, happy and accommodating. One of our best holidays ever! Highly recommended !

It was really pleasure to stay in this place, we got nice breakfast but sometimes they could a bit change to different options of breakfast, if someone plans to stay here everytime make a weddings party and music a bit louder every evening but we could enyoing fireworks every night to go in terrace and watch it pool its nice a bit cold, outside in the hotel very nice views, we are glad we had oppurtunity to stay in this hotel

This was the most beautiful and relaxing part of our trip! The accommodations were wonderful. The dining at The Line restaurant was excellent!

Difficult to be scathing in these challenging times but goodness! This was our first ‘Agri-hotel’, completely let down by inefficiency and incompetence, exemplified by being charged twice for our short trip. On the plus side, the setting is beautiful just under the mountain and v handy for Ercolano experience. Staff such as the shuttle driver into town and the friendly pool attendant were super but the service at breakfast was beyond parody and became almost comical - how surly and unhelpful can one waiter be? On the first floor bar which wasn’t ready at 19:30 even through open at 7pm (& we were sent up by reception) provided a small plate of snacks even though we didn’t order any but then proceeded to provide us with five more (sandwiches etc) which were completely surplus to requirements and obviously charged to our room. This is a wedding venue, make no mistake about it, and paying hotel guests are an after thought, not a priority. Examples being mini-bar empty on arrival “only available on request”; no ice in mini-bar for 3 days despite asking for it; broken dehumidifier not fixed despite asking for it; paper cups in room taken away on day 2 & not replaced. The much praised breakfast consists of porridge, scrambled eggs, bacon &/or grilled vegetables. Not exactly top notch eating for a B&B at £150 per night. Underwhelming is putting it mildly. Disastrous, more honestly

Unbelievably beautiful property. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Great food. Exceptional staff. I wish I would have had my wedding here! Pompeii and Herculaneum are fairly close. It's best if you have a rental car as this makes Naples and the Amalfi Coast accessible day trips. Otherwise, you can still take a taxi or train to Naples, but it's probably 45 minutes
