Holiday Inn 辛辛那提河邊(Holiday Inn Cincinnati-Riverfront)

Estuve hospedado ahi durante 4 dias y ningun dia me hicieron la limpieza a pesar de que contantemente lo pedí. Solo me decian que la harian cuando yo no estuviera, y a pesar de que en todos los dias sali, jamas me limpiaron el cuarto. Tambien, el calefactor hacia muchisimo ruido, le hace falta mantenmiento y las maquinas de refrescos no funcionaban.

Parking was an additional cost that was not communicated during the booking process. The curtains did not close so bright lights were blaring into the window all night. The bathroom smelled faintly of stale urine and overall the room smelled unclean. For the price paid, including the additional parking cost, I should’ve just paid the extra money for the Radisson or anything else nearby.

This was a horrible experience for me. My room was disgusting with an order of mildew. Website stated room service, none. Website stated restaurant, none. Bar with limited hours. Had a power ***** for plugging in electronic devices. I’ve machine had visible mold and mildew all in it. I didn’t feel safe. When you walk in, it’s nice. But when I opened my room up I was shocked. I didn’t say anything due to The fact I didn’t feel safe. I didn’t leave the hotel during my stay. I’m oxygen dependent, and had a horrible time getting unloaded. However an employee did kindly help me load my things. I wish I would of got her name. Hands down, this was the worst experience I have had with a hotel. Holiday Inn’s usually have good places to stay. But I would not recommend this one to any one. Actually, I feel like I should be refunded my money. It was not cheap staying here. Overpriced. Internet service was slow too. Which I’m sure is important to most people. The furniture had not been dusted in a very long time. The dirt and dust under the bed was beyond words, oh did I mention I have to have oxygen 24/7, having a dirty room is not safe for me or anyone as far as that goes.

Staff was not helpful. Room was suppose to come with a breakfast, but they required “coupons” which were supposed to have been given to us at check-in they were not received and did nothing to rectify the situation. Staff was always off putting and unapproachable. Air conditioning in room did not work make our sleep uncomfortable

Check in was quick and easy, room was quiet and clean. Property is nearby many dining options and a quick drive to Mainstrasse Village. We found the hotel to be efficient by having shampoo/conditioner pumps in the shower rather than single small bottles, as well as one microwave per floor. Would stay here again.

When booking the room it says breakfast included yet when my girls went to breakfast they were told it was $12 per person. I feel tjat is false advertising.

Breakfast was having expired food. There was fungus in cream chees. Rooms and coridor floor was dirty. Didn't worth the price paid.

We asked a housekeeper for towels and toilet paper and she was very rude about it, then complained about us to her coworker within earshot of us. The whole place just felt grimy. We saw cigarette butts on the floor in the hallway and used needles in the parking lot.
