Excellent customer service and the room was pretty clean and well maintained. Highly recommended for families and couples as well.

Room was good. Excellent location. Only limited parking. Have a lovely restuarant attached offering tasty food

I stayed alone. The location is good. Just before the south bridge when you come from vytilla side. The room was clean. Some minor maintenance work is overdue. I did not take food from there. The restaurant appears to be average. Good value for money. But not a great place for leisure travellers.

Room service was terrible Charged more money around 2000 rs no bills issued. Not recommended at all

In the washroom, there is inner-wear i don't know who has used, and i called reception many times, but i am still waiting for a response.

At the time of check in my booked room was not vacant i have to wait for this five hours. Room has almirah but no hanger drinking water was paid, have cattle but no tea or coffee kits. No separation in between toilet commode and shower area

Not upto the expectations. Food was just an ordinary standard. Parking facility available only for 4cars, hence we have forced to park our car away in road side. Extra bed was provided only after much negotiation. The same was offered during booking

Room was nice for this money and food is little bit expensive but ok location is very good in centre.

My overall experience in this hotel was very good, the only suggestion suggestion is for breakfast options are very limited, compare to other hotels

The room and bathroom were so untidy. When i arrived at first, they allocated me a room. As i opened the door, there was a *** cleaning inside. This was very inconsiderate as i was a solo female traveller. Felt very unsafe. I asked for another already ready room. That room smelled very bad. The bathroom smelled of urine. I asked them to clean it again. The cleaner was murmuring the whole time like he was unhappy i asked for another cleaning. He just sprayed some room freshner in the bathroom, poured water over the floor and wiped it. Very bad service. As it was already night, i couldnt go for another hotel. Or-else i definitely would have checked out on the spot. The bedsheets had stains on them. The floors were sticky. The door had no proper lock. It was broken. Only key-less handle lock was there. No toiletries were provided. Tv was not working. Windows did-not shut properly. The only good thing was that the reception staff behaved well and there was hot water provision in bathroom full time. Ac was also working.
