APTE萊茵酒店(RheinHotel Arte)

Melko uusi (uusittu?), siisti hotelli. Huone hyvänkokoinen, sänky muuten ok, mutta tyynyt olivat surkeat. Kylpyhuone iso, siisti. Aamupala ihan ok, tuoreet sämpylät, leikkeleet, juustoja, munakas jne. Henkilökunta oli mukava. Näköala Reinille ja Linziin 👍 Illallinen hotellin ravintolassa n. 8, ehkä 8+.

Personnelle très sympa. Hôtel propre. Chambre super avec balcon vue sur le fleuve.

Hotel Rheinvilla is a nice accomodation at the border of the Rhine river, with a beautiful view on the city of Linz am Rhein and the opposite mountains. The accomodation is convenient, though it does not have an escalator to the upper floors. The personnel is professional and friendly. The hotel serves a generous breakfast with al lot of choice for everybody. Check-in and -out was easy. With the ferry closeby you can easily cross the river to visit the ancient city of Linz, where you find good cafes and restaurants. Recommended!

We got a lecture at checkout about not eating everything on our plates from the free breakfast buffet, animals died and we didn’t eat every scrap. In a “pet-friendly” hotel we also were berated because our clean, beautiful Weimaraner puppy sat in a chair at the reception/checkout counter. Someone doesn’t need to be in the hospitality business. With many other options, we cannot recommend this slightly rundown hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rheine Hotel Arte in Kripp, Remagen. Wonderful view over the Rhine from their enclosed conservatory where we ate breakfast every morning. Our room was very spacious with an ensuite bathroom. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was buffet style. It was superb with an extensive choice of meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, fruit and a very simple cooked breakfast as well. A gentleman at reception was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to give lots of advice on places to visit and things to do in the locality. About a half hour walk into Ramegan and the ferry( foot and car) across to the east bank, Linz, was right by the hotel. It was also convenient that you could have dinner at the hotel if you wished to do so: not particularly cheap, but very nice.

This was my second visit here and this trip my beautiful young wife was with me. We had a great stay. Staff are welcoming and helpful. There is on-site parking. We enjoyed a superb river view from our room as well as from the breakfast/dining area. We loved the breakfasts and dinners. The hotel is located very close (200m) to the Rhine Ferry which is cheap and frequent allowing easy access to the picturesque town of Linz on the opposite bank. Linz railway station is close to the ferry making for a cheap, frequent and scenic way to visit Cologne/Köln. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I stayed for only one night as part of a European road trip. My welcome at reception was efficient and friendly. My room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. I did not have a river view but was not concerned, my room is for sleeping and washing! The restaurant covers an indoor section and two terraces, all with river views. I had dinner there with a few relaxed beers (after a busy day!). The restaurant staff were friendly, courteous, efficient and helpful; they are a credit to the business. Breakfast was a buffet offering which was extensive and well presented. I would have no hesitation in recommending both the hotel and restaurant to anyone; it has location, facilities, and, most importantly, great staff.
