Es un complejo de apartamentos que asemeja a una mini ciudad, las habitaciones son espaciosas y están muy limpias, las camas son muy cómodas, sin duda repetiría de nuevo

Upon arrival we were told that our room was not yet available so had to wait an hour, this wasn’t really a problem. After lugging our cases up 3 flights of stairs as the lift was out of order we found that the room was not the superior room that we had paid for. There wasn’t a kettle, proper shower, air con didn’t seem to work and the complimentary water everyone else had got was not there. We told reception about this and were told that the room was superior, this was not correct as the superior rooms have showers only, ours had a bath/shower. Long story short we eventually got moved to a superior room but there was minimal self catering facilities, no cooker or sink so we had to wash the pots in the bathroom sink. We took this as it was the only option available. As there is nothing around the hotel we really struggled at lunchtimes. Location- a good 20 minute walk to Son Bou which was fine for us, there is a bus that you can book but it’s a bit of a free for all when you try to get on at your designated time. Hotel grounds are lovely with great views WIFI- shocking, next to useless Air conditioning- not great, better in the newer rooms Breakfast- lovely buffet breakfast, plenty of choice. Pastries, cereal, cooked breakfast, juice, tea, coffee Evenings- only one bar open, the piano bar is permanently closed. Not enough chairs, we had to sit on the steps a couple of nights. The bar closes at 10.30pm Pool- lovely clean pools, great for kids. The first few days we could get a sun lounger at 9am easily but as the hotel filled up it was the usual 6am towels down scenario so some extra beds would be beneficial. Flies- lots of flies, never had this before in Menorca. There were a nightmare when eating, lots of people moving tables to avoid them but they were literally everywhere. One of the locals said that it was unusual that there were so many. In all we had a lovely holiday there was just a few little things that would put us off staying here again.

pessimi servizi, specie per raggiungere le spegge, ristorante non di livello solo basico, personale delle pulizie scarso con predisposizzione alle mani lunghe , camere basiche e sporche spazie esterni non curati non ci torneremo ci sono posti migliori

Bellissimo aparhotel a sou bon. A 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Son bou si trova questa bella struttura molto curata e molto pulita. Camere molto grandi con letti comodi , divano e una piccola cucina. Possibilità di effettuare in loco la colazione e eventualmente la cena. Colazione abbondante e varia sia nel dolce che nel salato. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Bella zona piscina con a is posizione un bar. Appena fuori la struttura a disposizione un piccolo supermarket ben fornito.

Room was nice and clean but the aircon system is old and needs updating. Staff are friendly but the service at the bar and restaurant was slow. Didn’t rate the breakfast or evening meal as there wasn’t much choice. The lunch time food was much better and would recommend but again, service was slow, we waited 70 minutes for four dishes. Didn’t think much of the kid’s entertainment, not much going on throughout the day, especially for ages 7-12, and the evening entertainment doesn’t start until 9.30pm which is too late. It’s abit of a walk to the main area which is small but does the job. The beach is beautiful and clean with crystal clear water, just get there early as it gets quite busy. Staff at the Kit Cat Bar were friendly, very accommodating with our food requests with fussy children and do an amazing English Breakfast. Overall enjoyed our holiday, staff were friendly and hotel was clean

Relaxing and comfortable 4 star hotel. We stayed in a very large suite, with a nice view on the countryside and the sea. Buffet breakfast excellent, dinner very good, both in a relaxing setting. Nice pool. Shuttle service to the nearby beach of Son Bou. Very kind and helpful staff.

Un muy buen hotel, personal muy amable, habitaciones grandes. MP muy buena, y aunque el hotel estaba lleno tanto en el desayuno como en la cena se respiraba tranquilidad!! Veníamos de una mala experiencia en otro hotel de Son Bou y acabar las vacaciones aquí fue un acierto y nos fuimos muy contentos de esta parte de la isla. Un hotel de cuatro estrellas q cumple con todos los requisitos ya podían aprender hoteles de la zona!! Muchas gracias por acogernos ya q fue una reserva de última hora y gracias a Erika por gestionarnos todo el problema.

Pésimo hotel, relación calidad-precio bajísima. Oferta un servicio de traslado a la playa que es ciertamente deficiente, solo consta de una furgoneta de 8 plazas para todo el hotel, con lo que, en nuestro primer día, tuvimos que esperar más de 1 hora y media para que tuviéramos hueco. La cama de nuestra habitación estaba destartalada, las patas a punto de romperse, sonaba constantemente. Los platos de ducha de la piscina son impracticables, están todas las teselas levantadas, muchas de las hamacas están hundidas, por lo que no se pueden usar, el bufet del desayuno, repetitivo, con muy poca variedad y con calidad baja. El personal es muy amable pero todo lo demás un desastre absoluto. No volvería a repetir en ningún caso. En Son Bou existen hoteles muchísimo mejores a precio similar.
