et hotel a une très belle vue et un très bon potentiel, en revanche le service client est un sevice fantome. nous avons été très mal reçus. l'établissement après 18H00 il n'y a plus personne, on retrouve des écriteaux partout pour nous dire comment faire. le café, en faux libre service car on doit noter nos noms a chaque fois qu'on consomme, du jamais vu!! nous avons demandés à prendre notre petit déjeuné plus tot la 2eme nuit étant donné que nous partions tôt, le personne nous dit ok je vais demander....jamais eu aucun retour de sa part, puisque quand nous sommes rentrés il n'y avait personne! le lendemain Maria la personne qui fait le service nous agresse littéralement pour savoir si on a bien noté nos cafés pris!! je lui répond qu'on a payé un petit déjeuné qu'on aura pas et qu'en plus il faut que je note 1 café et 1 eau chaude?? du jamais vu! on a même pas fait le check out.... Le wc au sol n'est pas fixé, le frigo de la chambre à vomir, des fourmis dans la chambre... bref le 3 étoiles est franchement à revoir! ne cherchez pas de restauration, il n'y en a pas, ne cherchez pas de sympathie, non plus!

Sin básicamente ningún servicio. No hay restaurante, para el desayuno tuvimos que entrar dentro porque las moles de avispas estaban a nuestro alrededor. Hacía frío en la habitación. Casi no hay personal. Te dejan unas neveras y tienes que servirte tú y apuntar todo para q luego te cobren. Lamentable no volveremos, aunque el sitio es maravilloso, no nos merece la pena. Para cenar tuvimos que bajar al pueblo. Que pena, como ha denigrado este hotel de años atrás a ahora.

This boutique hotel is located in one of the best spots of the island, nearby the little rustic town Esporles in the mountains. Everything was great - my personal favorite was having breakfast in the mornings with the spectacular view over the beautiful landscapes of Serra de Tramuntana. Also, wnjoying the pool all to ourselves as the overnight guests weren’t too many was a major plus. The only “downside” was the very old victorian interior design inside of the hotel rooms, but that has been refurbished now to a minimalist style - definitely going back again to rate the new rooms! Another area of improvement could also be the food options in the restaurant - a place like that needs to have a Michelin chef and nothing else!

Quite an experience for sure.... To iterate previous reviews the Vista's are just stunning and the outside area pool etc is superb but for me that's pretty much it. The hotel "more a B+B" is in severe need of a few million throwing at it as our room was in poor condition, although it was a good size the decor requires inves**ent. To mention when I was asleep a small piece of ceiling plaster (already previously repaired) removed itself and fell onto myself along with a drip of something nasty. When I mentioned this in the morning to the staff we were offered a different room however a stifling shoe box in comparison, so asked staff to move the room around whilst we were out, they didn't bother so I did ! also the TV did not function but we were not there to watch TV clearly. Finally upon checkout I gave the opportunity to make amends i.e. financially or any other way as I had not paid for the simple breakfast supplied daily, this was not going to be an option and a flay out NO was the response. To summarise, fantastic location, but only stay for a day or two as the drive up/down will send you loco, a terrible lack of detail to decor etc and the staff need to understand that a smile does not cost a penny when your staying in a hotel that pays their wages.

Beautiful setting and a stunning property. You will need a car to get up and down the mountain if you want to have meals during your stay, although the breakfast was excellent and very good value. Unfortunately breakfast doesn’t start until 8:30am which is surprisingly late so we had to cancel the breakfast reservation on our last day due to an early departure, which was fine and a refund was processed no problem. There was no water pressure that morning however, so we were unable to shower before leaving. The price of our stay seemed very reasonable for the quality of the property until we realised that the staff are only there during ‘office hours’……which is okay as long as you don’t need them to help with any issues. We were there to relax so it was fine. The views around the property are unbelievable, with the sunrise directly directly in front over the pool. All in all a very special place…..I would recommend 2 or 3 nights to make the most of it.

The hotel was not staffed by a live person after 12pm. If you map to this place via google maps, it will take you to the rear entrance. Either ask the neighbors nearby or zoom out and map it to the front of the property. Everything was operated on the honor system - as in, record your room number if you consume anything at the cafe. We were upgraded to a suite with a lovely balcony overlooking the mountain. The place was absolutely romantic and beautiful. We felt like we were staying inside a castle. No complaints about this place, except we never heard back via the messaging system (I booked it through booking) on the check-out instruction since we had a very early departure. The operating hours for the pool were until 6 pm, as stated. But we saw people in it afterward. Given it was unmanned, I think it would have been okay for the hotel to extend the hours to 8 or 9 pm during the summer since all the guests here were respectful of the rules. One thing to note is that there isn’t a restaurant on site for lunch or dinner (only breakfast), so one should plan to have dinner elsewhere before returning to this paradise in the mountain.

We spent one night for our anniversary here -- an amazing little escape! It's a 15 minute drive up the mountain on a single track road, which takes a bit of getting used to. But once you're there, the quiet and views are very worth it. We came in late at night, but staff had sent very clear and helpful communications about our room and getting settled. They had honor-system wine available; we enjoyed a bottle in the cooling night air, overlooking the mountains and Palma city lights. Dreamy! Our room was very nice, with a bit of traditional character (and refreshing AC). Staff was very friendly when we met them in the morning. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and we spent a lazy morning enjoying the food on the patio, just taking in the views. Not too many other guests at the time, so never felt crowded. I can envision this hotel being a bit too remote for someone looking for a more activity-based holiday. We were looking for an escape, so it was perfect. Note: Google Maps overshoots the location of the hotel, so keep an eye out for the hotel signage and turn off a bit earlier.

We've spent a night there just to relax from our stressed job and we did more than enjoy it. Lovely room (old school, but new bathroom) nice landlord and fantastic views. More than worth for all the mountain and landscape lovers
