納克哈拉摩洛哥傳統庭院住宅的評論

Nous croyons rêver lorsque nous lisons les bons commentaires. Nous y sommes restés 3 nuits réservés par Agence et sommes très déçus.chambre 201 et 202 2ieme étage. 5 étages sans ascenseur.dejeuner au 4ieme. Chambre qui ne mérite pas 3 étoiles comme indiqué. Pas de serviettes pas de cintres plus que basique.comment peut on louer une pareille chambre....déception totale...

Un lugar muy agradable tranquilo , los anfitriones siempre muy amables , me ayudaron pues no hablaba inglés y ahí siempre nos ayudaron apoyaron y desayunamos delicioso , sin duda lo recomiendo y se que en mi próxima visita ahí estaré con ellos

All'apparenza sembra molto curato, ma alcuni servizi sono scadenti. La struttura in sé è molto bella, le parti comuni danno una bellissima atmosfera, ma le camere non sono granché. Pulizia approssimativa. Il WiFi nella nostra camera (ultimo piano) non arrivava. Le lenzuola erano macchiate. Il lavandino del bagno perdeva. Considerato il costo (75 euro a notte), mi aspetto di più. Posizione comoda per girare la città e personale cortese. Colazione a buffet, con prodotti tipici del luogo. Terrazza panoramica bellissima.

Las habitaciones son muy confortables el desayuno muy bueno y la atención muy amable, Youssef el encargado de llevarnos el hacer que estuviéramos tranquilos ha sido muy amable nos recogio y nos llevo al riad y fue nuestro interlocutor con la dueña del hitel

Really really nice place to stay, staff were all very welcoming and helpful, speaking perfect English. Given a choice of two rooms when we arrived was a nice touch. The bed was very comfy with the addition of a nice view over some roof tops to the sea. The showers were clean with hand soap provided, would have preferred shampoo and conditioner as well but for the price you can't really complain! Bed sheets and towels were changed everyday, the room was clean and the stay was perfect. Continental breakfast is provided every morning in the roof, which will do if you're looking for a quick snack before heading out. The location of the hotel was perfectly situated in the center of the city. Thank you everyone working at the Riad! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you, Joe and Chloe

Sono a recensire il Riad e servizio dell'host in modo negativo. Dopo aver prenotato con Booking e pagato in anticipo la struttura, siamo arrivati nella cittadina vogliosi di visitarla immediatamente dato i tempi ristretti, ma purtroppo non è stato possibile. Appena arrivati a Riad, nessuno apriva il portone, solo dopo la chiamata di un concittadino al responsabile dell 'hotel il Riad magicamente si è aperto. L' host ha subito comunicato che non avevano prenotazioni e che l'hotel era chiuso al pubblico a causa del Ramadan. Peccato però che per un urgenza abbiamo chiesto di utilizzare la toilette, scoprendo che l' albergo era al completo. Abbiamo capito subito che l'host mentiva e colti sul fatto hanno subito messo in atto un' altra messa in scena, questa volta comunicandoci che non avevano ricevuto il bonifico e che erano a corto di personale. La loro proposta è stata quella di chiederci di trovare un altro posto dove dormire ripagando di tasca nostra nuovamente tutto il costo del pernottamento per 5 persone. L' accoglienza la correttezza e la coerenza da parte dei proprietari è venuta a mancare decisamente , creando non poco disagio a tutti noi. Dopo 2h o poco più siamo arrivati ad un compromesso, in cui le stanze ci venivano confermate con un aumento di prezzo rispetto a quello stimato e pagato con booking. Insomma, per guadagnare un po' di più, improvvisamente il Ramadan si era concluso il personale risorto e la presentazione di booking presente sul loro portale. La struttura è carina ma angusta, la toilette ha i sanitari che si reggono per grazia ricevuta. Una nota positiva alla terrazzina che sono certa troverete in altri Riad.

We had a wonderful stay. This hotel in clean, friendly and beautiful. It is in a perfect location in the center of town. The front office staff where very helpful. Thank you Rachid for giving us great advise! You set us up for excellent experiences.

We had a very good stay the staff were friendly especially the lady at the reception Farah Thank you so much you're the best! She was very kind to assist us during our stay, even giving us the chance to choose rooms and offering us a free drink on the rooftop She provided extra blankets and towels whenever needed and was always patient and happy to answer our numerous questions as it was our first time there Additionally they have beautiful terraces with a sea view simply a great place I highly recommend

Really enjoyed our 2-night stay. You can get laundry done for 40 dH per kg — at least that’s what we paid — and returned the next day. TV doesn’t work. That makes me smile. Basic Moroccan breakfast. But the location is absolutely perfect to walk to different places. Quiet.

Excellent riad and one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at in Morocco. Perfect location and extremely kind staff. Rashid was a very welcoming and helpful host. Breakfast was lovely on the roof terrace. Nice hot shower and big comfortable bed. And all for a very fair price. Would definitely stay again! 10/10.

Great value for money. The bed was comfy, it was reasonably quiet, and the plumbing worked well, not to be taken for granted in budget hotels in Morocco. The location was perfect. Just be aware that they only take cash, but there's a bank ATM a few steps from the front door.

No towels or soap in room. The wall of my room was right next to mosque. The call to prayer very loud at 6am. Bed was comfortable

This Riad is wonderful. We stayed with a family of 5. The building is charming original and nice and cool with an authentic vibe. The rooms are in original state however everything works perfect, clean and big enough. The staff is wonderful, they try to accolade every one of our request. The breakfast on th terrace is a simple Moroccon breakfast but has everything we needed. The view was amazing and the staff very friendly. The location is excellent. You are in a quiet street but in a minute you get to the busy market. If you have a car you will need to park at a parking about 5 min walk away, but they help you with your luggage. Overall I would definitely recommend this Riad

Highly recommend this place. Location is great. In the medina and close to beach, although can be noisy as popular with tour groups. The mosque is very close by so calls to prayers can interrupt your sleep. The terrace is good for breakfast. In addition , there is 2 upper terraces currently being renovated. Superb view of medina and beach from here. The shower is superb; very hot and powerful. Downside is spray from shower can flood the bathroom if not positioned properly. My room was fine ; clean sheets. But surprisingly Noone came to do the room when I stayed ( 5 Nights) Breakfast is adequate and plentiful if a bit repetitive All the staff are very helpful and welcoming.
