黑克斯埃斯特利酒店(Hotel Hex Esteli)

Es un lugar muy confortable, lo único es la ubicación muy Pequeńa el espacio para maniobrar en la carretera, pienso que deberían señalizar indicando donde entrar, las calles en Esteli son muy complicadas para manejar, gente, motos , peatones, animales en la vía, pero obvio que es culpa de nadie, un poquito de ayuda al turista no caería mal:)

Muy buena atencion, instalaciones muy de acuerdo a lo que ofrecen, privacidad, limpieza y estética 9/10.

Bueno, le falta flexibilidad en sus servicios puesto que es el mejor hotel en Esteli actualmente.

Sink and shower curtain wasn’t celan. Shower starts really hot and change to cold in seconds to come back again to hot, besides it shut

The breakfast is very poor..and the service in the lunch area.

Not too many hotel options in Esteli area and this hotel was a good choice for our 4 night stay. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and parking was available. Breakfast was good. No frills but everything was right for our stay.

My two night stay was comfortable, clean, loved the breakfast and the staff was kind and welcoming. Bathroom amenities were limited but sufficient, the shower stream was very low which was strange... All in all, I would stay there again.

Front Desk Attendant was exceptional, and addressed all issues that we had with a smile. Overall, the rooms were good, but cleanliness such as floors not being vacuumed, 2 of the windows not being able to lock or stay closed and dirty underwear from the previous guest still hanging on the doorknob inside the one of the bathrooms were concerns (we had booked 6 rooms). The included buffet breakfast was good, although they tried to close it at 9am instead of the required 10am, but the front desk attendant came to assist and ensured they made more food and stayed open. Overall we were pleased, and the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable.
