Super hôtel , très calme très classe , personnel très gentils et à l’écoute , particulièrement l’homme à la réception. Les femmes de ménages sont adorables. Je recommande. Les appartements sont tout équipés jusqu’à la dose de lave vaisselle. Vous pouvez cuisiner sans soucies La piscine est calme , endroit parfait pour se détendre. J’ai prolongé mon séjours tellement c’était parfait

Sadly, Pestana have let this course go from being included in the qualifying for the European Tour to a happy hackers course. They have now raised their prices without improving the course. The clubhouse is beautiful but food is sub standard and over priced. The beers are the most expensive in the area and the worst in taste! Coffee is still good but I still don’t know how can screw up on the beer!

The place does not have air conditioning which is not acceptable in a country where Summer temperatures easily go over 35°C. It has fans in the ceiling where one does not work. The piece that keeps the shower handle in the wall is broken. The mosquito nets in the windows are also broken. Too expensive for the condition I found it. The pool is clean and nice.

Nice place but unfortunately customer service is non existent. Maintenance issues happen, we all understand that but when the lady you phone to speak to to ask someone to come and deal with it politely after having reported it 12 hours prior days to you “that’s life and hangs up on you”! Air conditioning not working. Dealt with it on the first night. But after two nights of it and no one bothering to come over and take a look after reporting it on a number of occasions, patience is wearing thin. There are a number of phone numbers you are given to call for a shuttle and customer service - rarely seems to be anyone answering. Never experienced such a lack of customer service anywhere.

We booked 3 villas with pools well over 2 years ago This was to be a big family holiday for important milestone birthdays. When we arrived in June we were told 2 of our villas had 'plumbing issues' but said they have other villas for us. Well one was a 1st floor apartment with a broken cooker and lots of ants and the other was a duplex apartment which was filthy! It had a hot tub but had stagnant water and worms in!! PLUS we had no private pools. The beds were like concrete too. When we complained the staff were more interested in going home as it was their finishing time. The staff at this resort were the most unhelpful. We ended up hiring a private villa off site as we really could not stay in these conditions and Pestana were 'unable' to move us. One of our families were given their correct villa but this then meant that we had to spend a lot of time apart which is not what we wanted on a big family holiday When we asked which villas had the plumbing issues they could not tell us and also said it was because we booked so long ago! Surely as we booked so far in advance our villas should have been reserved! Never again would I even consider staying at the golf resort in Portugal

The golf resort is very pretty and well maintained, but our 2 BR apartment isn’t. The beds in both bedrooms are horrible, like hospital pull out beds with no support so my back along my kids backs started hurting after first night. The set up of the town houses aren’t well thought of as our master BR is right next to the next apartment’s balcony so we can hear the neighbors conversation and smell their smoke all night long unless we close the windows (bear in mind there’s no AC in the unit). The apartment is very spacious with plenty towels but updated kitchen but the rest of the apartment is very outdated. Golf courses are very well maintained, as well as the club house and restaurant. Good security, especially at night. Just wish we didn’t have a party gang next to us and better beds, it would have been a great stay!

Course seriously over booked. You can’t book a buggy until 20 minutes before your tee time, so basically, you book a holiday to play on their course and getting a buggy in 25 degree heat is a lottery. Girls in the pro shop dealing with the buggy allocation VERY rude. Buggy man at the front entrance VERY rude. Save your money and a 5 plus hour round on a packed, average course.

Very comfortable one bed apartment

Einige Jahre waren wir als ‚longstayer‘ für etliche Wochen hier untergebracht. Pestana hatte immer attraktive Wohnungsangebote und eben auch fünf interessante Golfplätze. In diesem Jahr wurde für uns aber der Gipfel des Unzumutbaren erreicht. In den letzten Jahren wurde der Standard in den Wohnungen kontinuierlich so stark zurückgefahren, dass es für uns nicht mehr tragbar ist. Es wird nichts restauriert, geschweige denn überhaupt repariert. Die Reinigung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Meiste ist abgenutzt und dreckig, einfach ‚knüsselig‘ wie der Rheinländer sagt. Das Management zieht sich zurück und argumentiert: wir vermitteln nur, für den Zustand ist der jeweilige Eigentümer verantwortlich. Der sitzt aber in England oder sonst wo und Pestana handelt für ihn, oder eben nicht! Das ist schon ein echter Gimmick. Man setzt offensichtlich mehr auf die Pauschaltouristen, die für 1 Woche kommen, kritiklos alles hinnehmen, froh über jeden Sonnenstrahl sind und als Letzte in den vernachlässigten Clubhäusern was verzehren. Weitgehend ist der Service zurückgefahren, bis hin zur Selbstbedienung auf Vale da Pinta. Der Massentourismus, über das Niveau will ich mich nicht auslassen, bringt offensichtlich bessere Zahlen. Also ziehen wir unsere Konsequenzen und gehen im nächsten Jahr woanders hin. Alte Kunde verlieren ist leichter als neue Kunden zu gewinnen. Adeus Pestana.

Fuimos a pasar un fin de semana en familia, estaba incluido el desayuno y soy intolerante al gluten. Antes de llegar escribí un mail preguntando si tenían pan sin gluten en el desayuno y no recibí contestación. Al llegar lo pregunté en recepción, hablaron con el restaurante y me aseguraron que tendrían para el desayuno del día siguiente. Al día siguiente en el desayuno no lo había e incluso me trataron con cierto desdén, el domingo llevé mi propio pan sin gluten. Finalmente escribí un mail a dirección comentando lo sucedido del que tampoco he recibido respuesta. No tengo problema en llevar mi propio alimento sin gluten, pero si me dicen que lo va a haber, que lo haya, estamos hablando de un cuatro estrellas. Un saludo.

Excellent!! Accueil au top, logement immense très bien équipé , bien situe pour visiter l Algarve mais il faut impérativement avoir une voiture!

Tout était propre quelques équipements un peu bancal ( pommeau de douche ) et porte fenêtre qui devrait être réparée sinon le top. La climatisation dans toutes les chambres serait nécessaire…
