海景房是絕對一留，酒店裝修太舊，面積大，設施舊了些，不過泳池都好正，早餐望海食好有渡假感覺，服務人員好有禮貌

知道他們很快就會關門，我們了解所有事情！

A 100 passi dalla spiaggia più bella di Estoril, in posizione strategica...usando taxi ( Uber economicissimo) puoi raggiungere Sintra ,Cascais e centro di Lisbona. Anche la fermata.del trenino e fronte albergo. Pulizia e cortesia, piscina top. In particolare hanno avuto molta pazienza con i ragazzi che abbiamo portato per la GMG. Un ringraziamento speciale al direttore e al ragazzo pelato 🤣 del ristorante! Sempre con il sorriso.

Prima hotel met zeer uitgebreid ontbijt (broodjes, toast, gesneden vers fruit, worstjes, ei, yochurt, muesli, beleg zoet en harig etc.) Je kan er ook lunchen (eenvoudige kaart) wij konden niet dineren en de bar bij het zwembad was ook dicht ( wel gratis koffie en thee ter compensatie) tevens een drank automaat maar deze was snel leeg. Supermarktjes in de buurt. Op nog geen 14 min lopen een hele mega grote supermarkt Auchun (net voor Cascais) beetje Marko achtig. Inchecken ging een beetje rommelig omdat persoon maar alleen was. Kluissleutel die je nodig heb om van de kluis gebruik te kunnen maken hebben we gratis gehad. Prima grote kamers, met grote bedden. Niet super de luxe maar... prima lekker zwembad (met handdoekenservice), inderdaad aan drukke weg maar wij hebben ons daar niet echt aan gestoord. Vanuit hotel loop je zo (500 m) naar het treinstation en bent in ongeveer 45 min in hartje Lissabon (kaartje EUR 4,60 retourtje pp) . Je kan ook vlakbij de bus pakken (418) naar Sintra (koop gelijk de Hop-On-Hop-Off kaart voor EUR 11,50 pp dan kan je van deze bus (418) gebruik maken en van de bussen vanuit Sintra centrum naar alle paleizen etc.) Terug stop de bus voor het hotel. Slenter over de boulevard op zoek naar een leuk restaurantje.

The hotel's sea view rooms have a great vista along the coast from Cascais towards Lisbon. The rooms are large and well appointed with a separate kitchenette facility. There is a nice pool area and the hotel is a few minutes walk away from a promenade and a train station which brings you direct to Lisbon. The hotel is located between Estoril and Cascais and both are in easy distance to walk to but not for those with mobility issues. We stayed in the hotel a number of years ago and the professionalism in the way the hotel is run and in particular the breakfast have improved significantly.

Great service all round . The beds in twin room were very comfortable & good size .The Room was spacious & had wonderful sea view Balcony. Also a small kitchen area with fridge. Staff very attentive & breakfast service was wonderful. Very good outside & inside pools with towels provided. Great location. Definitely return.

Front room facing the sea. So far there has been, loud music till 4.30am Been here 3 nights, 2 nights this awful music has been playing. This is not coming from the hotel, but from a night club. If you want to sleep, don't choose this place. Maybe the rooms at the back are quieter, but we upgraded, paid extra for a sea view. The staff are lovey and helpful, but they can't solve this night club noise.

We had 5 nights at the Eden Hotel and it was a mix of good, bad and ok. Firstly the good. The hotel is in a good location, right next to a station and within an easy walk to both Estoril and Cascais, the beaches and bars/restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and we took a sea view which offers AMAZING views of the coastline. Beds were very comfortable and we both had 5 nights of good sleep. I have read some reviews of noise but we did not experience any. Now the bad - the hotel is VERY dated and the decor is stuck in 1977. From the brown colour to the 1970s air conditioning (which is more a cooler than AC) the hotel needs to close for a year and completely refresh itself. The pool has a broken fish statue and missing tiles, weeds growing through the cracks on the patio, no poolside bar or any service and poor wifi. There is no bar in the hotel and the restaurant is only open for breakfast. Service was OK. When we checked in the rather curt lady asked if we booked a double (we are two guys) and we said yes. She tapped on the computer and gave us the card with little smile. When we got to the room it was a twin!! We didn't bother to complain and just kept it that way. Was it an error, or bigotry? Who knows! Never had this issue in Portugal before so its not the norm. Not sure I would stay at this hotel again. Yes it was cheaper than the others but I think I will willingly pay more for better quality and service.

Stayed with a friend for 3 nights in April. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Upgraded to a sea view room on 10th floor and it was absolutely worth doing that for the views. Very spacious clean room with 2 large sized comfortable single beds. Lovely indoor and outdoor pools. Not a lot in Estoril but enjoyable walk along the boardwalk to Cascais. Only downside for me was the road noise and the fact there was no bar, but other than that I’d be happy to return or recommend. And final positive word to the lovely friendly gentleman who runs the newsagent type shop attached to the hotel for the lovely chats!

Magnifique séjour de 4 nuits avec une prise en charge immédiate malgré l’arrivée anticipée et même une petite attention de la part de l’hôtel avec une magnifique vue sur la côte. Je souligne la sympathie et le professionnalisme de toute l’équipe de fonctionnaires de l’hôtel et en particulier au petit-déjeuner où ils ont été infatigables et souriants même pour les arrivées tardives. Ça fait plaisir à voir. Surtout sur un rapport qualité / prix vraiment en compte.

This is most certainly NOT a 4 star hotel as advertised - I would give it a 2 star rating at best. The hotel is generally in poor repair and the rooms are very tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. The hotel advertises that it has "soundproof rooms" which is just not true - you can even hear the guests in the next room open their fridge door, the soundproofing is that inadequate. We stayed for 10 nights and every single night we were woken by guests in neighbouring rooms , not necessarily because they were being unduly noisy but because of the lack of any soundproofing between the rooms. Although the location is good, it's cheap for a reason and the next time we're in Estoril we will stay elsewhere.

We loved the area and the views from this hotel. The room was very large and comfortable. The bed, however, is quite old and mattress springs made noise with any shift of the body. Many areas are old and outdated and definitely needs to be updated.

Goed hotel. Oudbollig ingericht maar zeer schoon. Grote kamers. Badkamer klein. Douchen in bad was ook niet prettig. We hadden zeezicht. Zeer mooi uitzicht. Alleen de toeristen van Portugal zelf zaten bovenin het hotel met nog beter uitzicht. Ontbijt erg goed. Schoonmaak was erg goed . Elke dag schone handdoeken. Prima zwembad met genoeg bedjes. Fijn dat er gratis handdoeken waren. Helaas was er verder geen kopje koffie of drinken te krijgen in het hotel. Daarvoor moest je buiten de deur. Voor 4 sterren is dat erg sober. Zeer goede ligging. Treinstation 5 min.hier kon je naar Lissabon Bushalte 50 m. In de buurt supermarkt op 50 m. Mooie boulevard naar cascais. 15 min lopen. Hier vele winkels en restaurants. Stranden waren Prima. Bedjes waren daar erg duur.

We hebben ons tijdens onze vakantie zeer welkom gevoeld . Super vriendelijk personeel. Hotel kamers waren iets gedetailleerd maar voldoende en schoon. Tevens zat er een klein winkeltje aan het hotel vast wat erg pretig werd ondervonden Tip , Indien je dit hotel boekt , neem dan de optie van het ontbijt mee. Zodat je rustig je dag kan starten .
