阿尼卡酒店(Arnika Garni)

Ottimo hotel caratteristico nei pressi della scuola nato camere accoglienti con spa alti livelli colazione abbondante e di qualità. Prezzi nella Media del posto comunque alti nel periodo di soggiorno non si pranzavao cenava ma comunque vicino almpaese

We were greeted rudely, then given a double room, when we had reserved a triple room. When I asked for a discount, due to the incorrect room, a triple room was magically found. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. The corridors smelled of cigarette smoke. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but we left after 1 night. It was miserable.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, food OK. However, the friendliness of the staff was not overwhelming. During our stay we needed to leave 7:45 in the morning, but beakfast did not start until 8 o'clck - and this was not negotiable. Not OK for a proper hotel! We wanted to pay the evening before departure and was told that this was not possible until later in the evening. We went out to dinner, and after returning to the hotel, everything was obsiously shut down for the night. As we had to leave early the next morning, this was rather impractical. Again: not up to the service level you would expect. The setting of Oberammergau is beautiful, though.

Leider wurde uns nach erfolgter Anreise mitgeteilt, dass kein Zimmer mehr verfügbar ist. Eine Kontaktierung hinsichtlich der Stornierung unterblieb von Seiten des Hotel, da die Abfrage der Kreditkartendaten am Morgen nicht erfolgreich war. Das Zimmer war bis Abends bereits vergeben und das Management innerhalb der nächsten Stunden zur Klärung nicht erreichbar. Zum Glück fanden wir in der Hauptsaison noch eine andere Unterkunft. Leider war das Hotel Arnika nicht bereit für die Mehrkosten aufzukommen. Eine Entschuldigung hielt das Management auch nicht für angebracht, da aus seiner Sicht alles richtig lief. Die Anfrage auf Klärung des Fehlers mit den Kreditkartendaten blieb unbeantwortet. Meine Frau und ich finden es als eine Frecheit so mit Gästen die eine stundenlange Anreise hatten umzugehen.

Breakfast was great, and the rooms were comparable to other places in town. The location to the NATO School and downtown restaurants was ideal… 10-15 minute walk either way. The NATO School bus from the Munich airport drops you off right at the door. My two negative criticisms was that the restaurant was only open for breakfast, and that the spa was not open the majority of the time. If it was open, it was only open from 5-7 o’clock.

We were placed in this hotel with our tour bus group for the Passion Play. It was modern, plenty of room, and clean. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. The area offers so many walking/biking trails. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Great breakfast after a regenerative sleep in a silent room

All good. Host very friendly and customer oriented.

Oberammergau is a small town. Hotel is quaint and cozy. overlooking mountain ranges, farms and local village. Bathroom very functional, clean and well maintained. Breakfast selection was very good. Top quality selection including salmon, good bread and choice of beverages. Dining room well maintained and food service good.
