It’s a good inn. The room is beautiful and clean. It’s a valuable place to stay. However, my living building doesn't have an elevator and the poor Wi-Fi.

I booked this hotel based on its proximity to University of Oregon and on the pictures on the website, which show an exercise room, a breakfast area, a secure lobby and elevators. Imagine my surprise to arrive and find I was NOT in the hotel, but a separate building with a staircase no secure access to breakfast, the laundry, workout area, or bar. I was traveling alone, and didn't appreciate the pictorial bait and switch.

There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Door didn’t shut well. One of the beds had what looked like chocolate on the piece of fabric on the bed. And looked like syrup on the ceiling by one of the beds.

This hotel was beyond my expectations! Very modern & beautiful room, lobby & breakfast area. The breakfast was far better than other hotels I've been to. Staff very friendly & helpful. Lots of parking. Restaurants on both sides, right next door! All in all, a great experience. Will definitely return to it when we need to stay in Eugene again!

Shower was broken (No, it's not because I didn't pull the handle hard enough like the desk person said!) Sliding door was unlocked and open when we arrived. Big stripe of purple nail polish on the bedspread. Loud noise (generator? water pump? heater?) all night. We've stayed here before with no problems, but Room 313 is NOT the room to stay in!

Our favorite place to stay in Eugene. Newer hotel, very clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly, especially the breakfast crew. Breakfast includes a nice variety of quality hot and cold items… everyone can find something to enjoy. The hotel is in walking distance to restaurants, and is right across the street from the university. It’s a great choice while in Eugene!!!
